About this property

An updated, modern 964 square foot guest house overlooking a beautiful, natural setting. Just three minutes from Interstate 40, twenty or twenty-five minutes from downtown Nashville depending on traffic, fifteen minutes from the airport. We are 1.3 miles from Martha Station where you can ride the Nashville Star Train into Downtown Nashville. This apartment is separate from the other house on the property so that it is quiet and private just for you. There is a new 70 inch tv in the living room with 85+ channels for you to enjoy, a DVD player and also a smart tv in the bedroom. There is a king bed with a 12 inch Memory foam mattress, top of the line pillows and bedding for your comfort with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We also have two roll away beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you need to prepare any meals or snacks that you would like. We have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven. There is a washer and dryer as well. There is a large back yard with a large hot tub for you to relax in. The large patio in the back is a great place for you to sit and enjoy the waterfall and Koi Pond. We have indoor and outdoor dining tables. It is Nestled in trees on 5.5 acres with lots of space between neighbors to provide a restful oasis.

Exactly as described and so stunning

My stay here was perfect. The guesthouse is perfect. They offer a ton of amenities. The shower is big and beautiful. The koi pond was stunning. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Will 100% book again if I’m back in the area. Only suggestion would be to mark the driveway a bit more. It can be hard to see because the mailbox with the house numbers on it is blocked by another mailbox….and coming from the other direction the numbers are scraped off and hard to read. The house is far back from the road which is great!!!! For privacy but since the pictures on here mostly show the inside and back of the property it’s a little uncomfortable knowing if you are at the right space.But that is so minor. This home is so beautiful I wanted to move in forever and everything worked and was modeled and decorated beautifully. 10

TN exploration

Property was very clean and comfortable. The outside space is fabulous. The fish pond, hot tub and outdoor space for relaxing. The host family was very nice and shared information, as requested. Anything we needed, the response was immediate.

Wonderful out of the city stay

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights here and would highly recommend. Very quiet and private. You wouldn’t know there was another home on the property if you couldn’t see it. The host was quick to answer any questions. It’s a short drive to the city so perfect for someone who doesn’t want the constant noise and hustle of staying in Nashville. We’d happily come back again if we’re ever in the area. I recommend morning coffee on the patio and taking in the beautiful views of the property!

Great stay!

We stayed at the property as our oldest son was in the area playing baseball for his spring college trip. Our family enjoyed the house and especially the hot tub. The owner was great and answered all inquires right away. Thank you!!

Best laid back spacious guest home ever. I didn’t run across hosts and communication was very good. Everything was clean and stocked in the home. Also very convenient stay near everything in any small city. Easy to use hot tub. Would definitely stay again

Quiet and serene

I looked for a place with the room and amenities, what I needed to study course work at Baker’s School of Aeronautics. This home provided just that and more. The hosts are exceptional people, personable, available and accommodating. Questions were answered promptly. I felt welcomed.

The property was beautiful and very cozy. The location is right off the interstate and is only a 20 minute ride to downtown or the opry house. Talking to the owners was very easy and they are very kind. The guest house is attached to thier house, but it is still your own space. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood

Property was clean and owners are responsive and accommodating. I felt the description is a little misleading. The guest house is connected to the main property and not quite as private as portrayed. The hot tub & fire pit are on a shared space between the house and guest house. This location is good if you have no intentions of being loud or playing music.

Exploring Lebanon TN

We were looking for a nice, small spot to stay for a few days, while we checked out Lebanon and its surrounding areas. This property was exactly what we needed. The listing for it was spot on. Wonderful Lil Spot

Nice, cozy lil home with a cute waterfall koi pond, fire pit, and hot tub with a scenic view. Perfect for our "Mommy sleepover". It is adjacent to the owners home, so if you plan on partying and being loud, probably not your environment. However, it was just the peace we were looking for.
