New house on the Pink Granite Coast, 3 minutes from the beach

Hello, we offer you our house for rent in Perros-Guirec, in a small residential development (no parties!) and quiet, near the Kerabram sports complex (athletics track, football fields, pumptrack) and not far from the beach of Trestraou (Casino, SPA, Thalasso, Bars, Restaurants and shops), the city centre and the port in Perros-Guirec.

You will enjoy all the modern comforts with our new house of 2024 with a surface area of 115m² with:
• On the ground floor:
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin
- 40m² open living room/living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace
- 1 wardrobe

• Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms (bultex bed 160x200cm with 1 desk for telecommuting / bultex 140x190cm / 2 twin beds 90x190cm)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink

You can enjoy a fenced plot, with a large terrace of 40m² facing south-west and not overlooked (table, garden chairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue available).

The kitchen is equipped (fridge, freezer, induction hob, hood, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker).

The dining table is extendable and can accommodate 8 guests.

You can relax on one of the two sofas in front of a 165cm 😊 flat screen TV

Other facilities available: Wi-Fi, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, high chair for baby, travel cot with mattress (sheet not provided), baby bath, body-board, supermarket with petrol station less than 500m away

Non-smoking inside, pets not allowed, private parking for 2 vehicles, public parking 50m away.
In July and August: free shuttle bus 100 metres away, leading to Trestraou beach.

Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases can be provided, and are extra charge at 20€ per bed to cover the cost of laundry. We invite you to bring your own towels.

Regarding the departure cleaning, we suggest that you do it by yourself. If you wish to entrust it to us, a contribution of 120 € will be requested on your arrival.
In the event of a completed but unsatisfactory cleaning, an additional fee will be requested via Vrbo.

Arrivals are autonomous, with a key box if we cannot be present at the right time.

2 nights minimum outside school holidays, 5 nights minimum during school holidays.

Near Lannion, enjoy visiting the magnificent Pink Granite Coast with also nearby, the sites of Ploumanac'h, Trégastel, Trébeurden, Ile Grande. We will be happy to advise you on some excursions with some must-sees such as the customs hiking trail on the GR34, the archipelago of the 7 islands, or the radôme leisure park with the Planetarium, the Gallic Village and a magnificent tree climbing site! Trestraou beach is 1.4 km of fine sand, with supervised swimming, diving boards, surfing school, sailing, a mini-club offers activities for children from 4 to 14 years old. Less than 45 minutes away, Plougrescant, the Ile de Bréhat and Paimpol are to be visited.
