Lovely gite near the sea in Ploumanach

Well appointed and peaceful detached gite in a quiet road 10 minutes walk from the port of Ploumanach and the Sentier des Douaniers along the beautiful Pink Granite Coast. It has a pretty garden with off street parking and garage. We were greeted by the owners on our arrival who were friendly and helpful.

Our second stay at this charming detached villa in the heart of the Granite Coast of north Brittany

Our second stay at this charming detached villa in the heart of the Granite Coast. Our friendly hosts Catherine & Philippe were there to greet us. The accommodation was quiet, clean, well-equipped, well furnished and very comfortable. It has a large garage and surrounded by a pretty garden. It is situated on a quiet road just ten minutes walk from the attractive port of Ploumanach and the start of the spectacular Sentier des Douaniers (coast path). There are fascinating historic towns nearby and boat trips to islands.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette maison très propre et parfaitement équipée. La maison est située dans un secteur très calme et en même temps, son emplacement permet de profiter de nombreuses belles promenades à pied. Ein wunderschönes, freistehendes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, nur 700 m vom Meer und damit von der rosa Granitküste entfernt; sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt haben. Wir haben immer im Garten gegessen! Ein idealer Standort für einen schönen Bretagne-Urlaub!

Séjour en famille très agréable

Nous avons passé trois semaines excellentes à Perros-Guirec. La maison et le jardin sont très agréables et bien adaptés pour une famille avec des enfants. La maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme mais avec un accès rapide aux différentes plages, activités sportives ou culturelles, ainsi qu'aux commerces (supermarché, marchés), en voiture. Elle est également très proche de l'arrêt de la navette qui dessert plusieurs points d'intérêt régulièrement pour ceux qui préfèrent se déplacer sans voiture. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et tout était très propre à notre arrivée.

Das Haus liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Villengegend nahe an den interessanten Küsten und Stränden. Ausstattung ordentlich, aber leider keine Handtücher! Besitzerin kam erst nach 5 Tagen vorbei, aber das meiste war selbsterklärend.

Nous avons passé une semaine super à découvrir tous les jours des choses nouvelles .Nous avons fait de jolies ballades car le sentier des DOUANIERS est très fréquenté. La plage est très propre et le sable est très fin.Les fruits de mer et les spécialités bretonnes étaient très bonnes à déguster. Le panorama est superbe ainsi que les oiseaux sans oublier les petites églises.Encore toutes nos félicitations à ces heureux propriétaires possédant une maison où il ne manque rien. Encore une fois merci et à bientôt.

Very impressed with the property. Ideally placed for Saint Guirec, local beaches and coastal walks.

We had stayed in the area before and were looking for a property within walking distance of the coastal paths and beaches. We wanted off road parking and a garden. The property was clean and well presented and wonderfully quiet. My daughter and I has a very relaxing week, walking, cycling and visiting the local beaches. A good sized supermarket is only five minutes drive away and twenty minutes to get to the main town of Lannion where there is an excellent street market on Thursdays. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. We can fully recommend the property.

Je confirme tous les autres commentaires: La maison est très bien située à deux pas de la fabuleuse côte de granit rose. Le sentier des douaniers est très facilement accessible depuis la maison. Paysages maritimes et granitiques exceptionnels. L'endroit est très calme. La maison est très bien tenue et est équipée avec tout le confort moderne. La propriétaire nous a donné de bon conseils lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et c'est sûr, nous y reviendrons. DV

Vaste maison propre et bien située, au calme mais proche à pied du port, des commerces et du sentier des douaniers à moins d'un kilomètre. Bien équipée, garage pour la voiture que demander de plus. Pas de surprise à l'arrivée, les propriétaires sont aimables, je recommande cette location. Endroits charmants, maison propre, bien équipée notamment pour les bébés. Plutôt bien située entre Ploumanac'h et Perros-Guirec, pas loin du GR34. Propriétaires aimables donnant de bons conseils.
