This is a fully private 12 acre property with everything you need to get away and spend quality time with your loved ones!
The Barn and paw pen are situated across from each other, separated by a large field that is perfect for chasing fireflies or watching the puppies get their zoomies out.
The Barn has a tile floor on the main level, laminate wood flooring up top and a patina tin ceiling throughout. There is a handmade live edge bar for dining and It even has an attached laundry room!
On rainy days, enjoy the 55 inch TV with a PlayStation 3 and a 4K Apple TV with high speed WiFi in the living room or the flat screen with a Roku upstairs from the adjustable Queen bed. Listening to the rain hitting the tin roof from the covered swing just outside your door is so relaxing!
The A.C. units on both levels are cold and the beds, an adjustable queen and two twins upstairs, are very comfortable with all new linens.

(Firewood, charcoal and lighter fluid are provided as well as chair pads). There are no neighbors in sight, only the songbirds enjoying the suspended bird feeder cable in the field the the occational owls chatting throughout the day and night. (Check out the pictures for other potential visitors passing through).
-This part of the woods loses power often, but not Fern Holler! The 18kw generator ensures that you never lose power during your stay in the boonies!
Try and find the two silly tree faces! One is next to the “reading nook” where you can watch the creek pass by. The other is next to one of the winding paths, which leads you to the Island, a beautiful, shady oasis and the perfect place to splash around!.
For all of you looking to get into nature but not sure where to hike, there is a family sized walking trail that starts at the Paw pen and comes back out on the other side of the field via a moderate hike to the top of the property line and back. -THIS HIKE IS NOT FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. It is however marked by colorful tape that helps you stay on track.
NOTE-pets are allowed with an extra $25 non-refundable deposit. Please-no pets on the beds and clean up after them as you normally would.
