You’ll love the cozy feel of this home nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood in Denver --Hilltop! The neighborhood is full of mature trees and near lovely parks. Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out. Fireplace in the living room. Central AC and heat. Sleeps 18 (with 2 people per bed) -5 private bedrooms, 1 semi-private bedroom sleeping 12, and extra sleeping space with a futon, pullout sofa bed, and bunk beds sleeping 18! Central Denver location, 4 miles from downtown Denver. Come for a concert at Red Rocks, a Broncos game, visit your student at the University of Denver or CU, or just come to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the Cherry Creek neighborhood! Also, if you’d like to check in a day earlier, or stay a day later, message me! Sometimes we can make changes and accommodate special requests. This is a lived in home, (not a sterile Hotel feel), and hopefully you’ll enjoy browsing through our book collection, and checking out our keepsakes from family trips. So please treat it as you would your own home.We love to share our home when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please lock the doors behind you. (patio door, front door, close the garage). Exit through the front door, so it locks behind you. 2. Please load and start the dishwasher.
3. Please strip the beds that were slept in and bring the sheets and used towels to the basement laundry room-- and start a load. The remaining laundry can be left on the floor. Safe travels!

Fabulous location and wonderful host

terrific property for large groups. Our family of. seven adults and a baby had tons of space. There’s also a really nice outdoor area to sit. And the owners are very gracious. Plus the neighborhood is fabulous for walking.

Nice joint wedding party house!

Very enjoyable and spacious to house 15 people comfortably with no issues. Were able to come and go as we please and reach everything we needed too without having to drive for awhile. Very impressed and enjoyable stay!

VRBO owner that likes to travel, and wants to share our home state with others. Enjoy Colorful Colorado! About us: We are a family of 6 (4 kids) that now has 2 College Graduates and 2 in College. This is a lived in house. Not a second home. My husband and I both work full time. We decided to VRBO because we are often skiing, camping, and biking on the weekends while enjoying the great outdoors of CO! And visiting our young adult kids living/going to College on the West Coast and the East Coast.
(--and we take a couple of summer and winter trips here and there, and wanted to share our CO home while we are out and about!) Please treat this home the same way you would treat your own home.

Why they chose this property

This is a spacious home. Comfortable and family friendly. Walking distance to parks, Cherry Creek shopping, near the Cherry Creek bike/walking path to downtown Denver. Enjoy the cool things about Denver from a central location. Can easily take excursions to the Mountains, see a concert at Red Rocks, enjoy all of the festivals in Downtown Denver, but then come home to a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Welcome note: Make yourself at home! We are happy to have you! Kitchen: Feel free to use anything and everything! Cupboards have spices, tea, baking ingredients… If you see it, you can use it. Condiments in the fridge. Water bottles in the pantry if you’d like to borrow for your hike or walk… Everything can go in the dishwasher including the knives :)
Sun room next to the kitchen: in the drawers under the plants, there are numerous art supplies. Kids, make art, and use anything you’d like!
Outdoor patio: gas grill—feel free to use. There are patio chair cushions in the garage or mud room.
Living rooms/downstairs TV room: check in the game closet for games, do a puzzle, log in to Apple TV or your favorite TV station. (We do not have direct TV or cable. You’ll have to use your own logins. We rarely watch--too much to do inside and outside!)
Downstairs toy bins next to the queen size bed: Kids: feel free to play with all of the toys, and at the end of your stay, if you’d like to take a toy from the bin home as a souvenir, feel free!
5 comfortable, private queen beds (5 bedrooms upstairs), 1 semi-private queen bed in the basement. + bonus sleeping space for larger groups: including a futon in the basement, pull-out couch on the main floor, and bunk beds in the basement to accommodate, making sleeping space up to 18!
And a very adorable, clean cat lives here, Nala. (FYI) (but won't be present during your stay.)
Washer and dryer: available for your use. Detergent next to the dryer.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy cooking in this house and eating in the dining room or on the patio. (Use the grill!) Or go out to the numerous restaurants/breweries near by. Play games (game closet), crafts for the kids (provided in the "art cabinet"), and get ready to explore the neighborhood!
Short driving distance to all of the "must dos!" of the area: Red Rocks, Hiking, Skiing, Golfing, Downtown Denver 16th Street Mall, Art Museum, Museum of Nature and Science, take a drive to Boulder, Golden, Peak to Peak Highway, Rocky Mountain National Park.
