About this property

Beautiful Moab Townhome

Enjoy a wonderful experience in this spacious townhome. 3bd+loft/2.5ba townhome with amazing views out of almost every window in the house. Once you enter through the garage, there is a master bedroom with private bathroom on your right. On your left you will find a large sectional so you and your friends/family can spread out, relax, and watch some tv or just enjoy the gas fireplace. After your day of hiking, biking, and enjoying the beauty of Moab come back home and mix up some coctails or prepare a meal in the open kitchen. Just outside of the living/dining area is the fabulous patio area, there you can enjoy your morning coffee or night cap.

Upstairs you will find 2bd+loft area and a bathroom. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out. You will find a sofa (with pullout bed) and television in the loft area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twins. This area also has a fullsize bathroom to share.

Plenty of space to park your cars or toys in the 2 car garage. Room in driveway for another car or 2.

Our townhome is very close to the pool and basketball courts.

Clean is most important to me, and it was spotless. This place has everything a family could need for total comport. Part of my family stayed in their 40-foot camper and I stayed here. We may all stay here for awhile next year.

The home was clean and had all needed ammenties! The pool was great for the kids, I wish the hot tub would have been larger (not in the host control :) )since sooo many people were there and that was the main attraction for most.Beds were comfortable and the place was roomy for all of us to spread out! Sherry was super responsive! We had a hiccup at check in and she was quick to help!

Recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything about our stay was perfect. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Property was clean and nice. Check in process was difficult. Could have used some info up front: unit number was not listed, the fact that there is no cell service until you get on WiFi in the unit.

I have been visiting Moab for the last 20 years, sometimes several times a year. I enjoy hiking and this is the perfect location for an abundance of beauty and outdoor recreation areas.
When the weather in Colorado gets cold/snowy I go to Moab to enjoy the warm weather and hike here.

Why they chose this property

I have rented several of these townhomes and I know they are built well and a beautiful location. It also has a pool, basketball court area that my grandkids always enjoyed.
This home had never been rented and was very well maintained.
