The home has been completely updated and upgraded since 2018 so it truly represents the best of the old and the new. The main living area with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows and gas fireplace provides an exceptional setting for the group to gather. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on a half-acre lot, you have more than enough room for everybody in your group plus plenty of privacy. Enjoy the private hot tub on the lower deck after skiing or hiking while watching the sunset over the ten-mile mountain range with a glass of beer or wine. The location offers the best of both worlds, far enough away for a true mountain experience, but close enough to town and Breckenridge ski resort to enjoy all the attractions Breckenridge has to offer. Breckenridge distillery (with free shuttle) and Broken compass brewery (with free shuttle) are right at the bottom of the neighborhood. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and strictly no on-street parking per Breckenridge provisions. Peak 7 is a residential neighborhood with noise restrictions from 10 pm to 8 am so not a party neighborhood. Strictly no loud parties that will incur complaints from neighbors.

Everything exceeded our needs. We slept comfortably, cooked our meals, and throughly enjpyed our stay. The best compliment I can give is that we would book again!
Our family stayed in this mountain house for a few days after Christmas. It was in a great location & had plenty of bedrooms. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck. This rental was perfect for our family...
Cozy home close to Breckenridge mountain and Main Street. We enjoyed eating meals with beautiful views on the top floor, and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day in the slopes. We would definitely stay again!
Location and views were first rate. Nice that all the essentials for cooking were there. Even though it snowed everyday no problems getting in and out. Would recommend property to everyone.

We are avid outdoor people and absolutely love Breckenridge in both the summer and winter. We have skied most major ski resorts worldwide and rank Breckenridge near the top in world class ski resorts. We are travel enthusiasts and enjoy overseas as well as domestic travel to interesting places. We are recent empty nesters so have extra time on our hands.
Why they chose this property
This property has been very tasteful upgraded and updated. The interior was completely renovated in the 2016-2018 time frame and the exterior of the house was completely renovated in 2020 with all new energy star windows, siding and the wall and roof insulation were brought up to 2020 standards. Furnace is new and was installed in 2018. House stays very warm and cozy on the coldest nights Breckenridge has to offer. A new 6-person hot tub was installed on the lower deck in September 2021. The views from the hot tub are simply outstanding. The three levels of decks truly connects you to the mountain outdoor experience. Upper dormer windows are remote control open and close in the summer for extra cooling. Snow removal and hot tub servicing and cleaning provided by owner.
