- This is a waterfront property. Sound of the ocean is soothing to most. Light sleeper might need earplugs.

- Exterior security cameras in place.

- We are reminding our valued guests to refrain from descending the rock hill in the backyard for safety reasons. Doing so is solely at guests' own risk and responsibility.

-We have included signages in the backyard near the rocks as an added precaution for safety.

-The indoor fireplace adds charm to the space and only serves as a decorative feature.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

The house was comfortable for a large group with 3 very nice bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and all the tools and utensils necessary for preparing a meal or enjoying takeout food. Incredible view and a very nice house!

Pacifica ocean view

Very nice layout. Amazing oceanview. The kitchen is filled with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of parking. Very safe neighborhood. Nice easy 7 min walks to the pier an a beautiful ocean ridge beach set.

Can't beat the location

House was very clean and spacious. Came for a work trip and had our parents stay to relax for the week. All the amenities you would need to cook. Everyone enjoyed the backyard having the ocean right there. Will be staying here again as I travel to the Bay area often.

Amazing views

The house is lovely and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed mid-June and saw multiple whales swimming past the house every day, which was absolutely lovely!The house itself is well appointed, the kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms are nicely laid out, beds comfortable, bathrooms very functional.The main weak spot is the furniture in the main living area, as the couch and the day bed are both not very comfortable and somewhat awkward to sit on.The check-in process was also a bit confusing but all worked out fine.In response to a previous review, the boarded up houses are a bit of a surprise at first, but there is construction going on inside.

Spectacular views and as advertised but sad about zero refrigerator functionality

The property was as advertised however immediately upon arrival we noticed that the refrigerator/freezer was not working. We immediately notified the host whom, while was responsive, did not compensate us fully for our inconvenience and perishable food items lost as we had to scramble to purchase coolers and ice to keep our food items from being ruined. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the views and whale watching etc but we are tainted by the lack of full compensation for our loss.

Neighborhood is rough

Definitely an older home, with older furniture, certainly not as nice as the pictures. Neighborhood is really rough, with boarded up homes all around. Check in process is cumbersome and insecure asking you to send photos of ids etc by text message as their online software doesn’t work. On the plus side the view from the backyard is fantastic and the home is otherwise comfortable and well equipped.

Horrible neighborhood

Next door the entire house was boarded up and across the street another house looked like a junk yard. House has very cheap uncomfortable furniture and the house is very outdated. We only stayed one night and left.

The pictures are real!

Before arriving my daughter was convinced that the pictures were AI generated because the view looked too perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the pictures were in fact legit and we were able to enjoy that view for the duration of our stay. The space was just what we were looking for to enjoy the views of the water and feeling away from the city but close enough to get to our activities without feeling like we were always in the car. Everything about the rental was as advertised and when we needed assistance with anything, we received almost immediate response. After hours of consideration over different options in the area, I'm grateful that we chose this location to help make our trip perfect.

The place was very clean and spacious for 6 people. The views and windows to view the ocean were beautiful. Check in was easy but we did have to go out of our way to get our check in information. The listing and email confirmation said they would send us the check in information a day or two prior to our check in date but we never received them so we had to call the contact listed and they were able to send it to us right away. Also the host emailed us a few days prior to send proof of ID and matching card information which we thought was a little odd but it could be just for safety reasons. We have never had to do that before with a VRBO listing. Overall, we had a great time. The place was well equipped with everything you need for cooking, towels, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, and extra toilet paper. They also supplied small snacks such as a couple bags of chips and cookies. The beds were nice and comfy and we had no issues sleeping. The AC/Heater unit worked really well. There was really only one small parking space on the drive way and you can't block the sidewalk so a large car would have to park on the street. All said, we would love to book this place again and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Beautiful views with some issues

The view here is so beautiful! The home is nice as well. The blinds are only for privacy and do not block light so if you are sensitive to that, this property could be tricky. Tv has no local channels, you have to utilize your own subscription app if you have one. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Pictures show a garage but you are not able to park in it. On our visit, the garbage disposal wouldn’t turn on and management oddly asked me to take a picture of it rather than correcting. I would still recommend this location if these things don’t bother you.

Amazing Amazing & Amazing vacation home!!!

It was absolutely awesome vacation for us. We came here for my Son’s birthday. The house is extremely beautiful!! The manager was so cool & kind. The house was fully equipped & organized. The property was amazing with a gorgeous view. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the ping pong table was a huge bonus. The master is very large with ocean views, television, and en suite restroom with a nice walk in shower and very fancy bidet toilet. Updated kitchen, clean house, spacious, overall it was an amazing stay!
