Cute little bungalow off MLK Blvd, this place is a must-stay for Razorback fans and bike enthusiasts! You and your guests will love being directly across the street from the Razorback Greenway and walking distance to Baum Stadium and only one mile to Bud Walton and Razorback Stadiums.

Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.

There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! We look forward to hosting you!

The house and everything in it is very nice. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, and the kitchen is well appointed. Our dog was with us and this property has a safe backyard. The other thing we found nice is the close proximity to lots of food options. All in all, there are no complaints.

We had a very nice four-night stay with our dog. The location is convenient and feels safe, with easy access to all major roads and no traffic noise at night. The house is comfortable, spotless, and stocked with everything you might need. Communication with the owner was quick, and a small internet issue was resolved immediately. The property is close to a bar so on Saturday night it’s pretty loud into the night. The curtains could be thicker, for more privacy. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The host answers any questions fairly quickly. This is our 2nd stay at this location and we will probably stay again.

Very loud with traffic and I think there is a club behind it because there was thumping until 2am with cars trucks and bikes revving by all night. This is a place for young single people to stay not families. There were food splatter stains on the curtains and the shower kept filling up from clogging.

Nice place to stay for a football weekend!

There were a couple of items missing like hand soap and extra toilet tissue but the owner brought them over. Would have been nice to have had kleenex tissues and perhaps a coffee table to sit drinks on. Other than that it was comfortable and very clean.

The property was comfortable and clean, and the location was great. We enjoyed being close to the university, walking trails, and plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We had our dog with us, and she loved exploring the large backyard, so we were all quite happy with our stay. Also, the property owner was very nice to work with - very accommodating and communicative.
