Located in the heart of Naples and just 1 block from the Historic 3rd Street South. You will find fine dining, boutique shops, and a weekly farmer's market. As if that wasn't enough the condo is only a few blocks from the beach and Naples Pier. Bonaire Club features a heated pool, clubhouse, ping pong, shuffleboard, Bocce Ball, and is a socially active community. Downtown Naples living at its best! This second floor corner unit with great light has been updated. Some updates include brand new flooring throughout, the entire unit has been painted, new plantation shutters, new furnishings, linens, and more. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the guest room, and a pull out sectional sofa in the living room. One deeded parking included. On site laundry, gas grill, outdoor space. Available for short-term rental. 30 day minimum. No pets. $150 application fee through association which includes a background check and lease.

Excellent Old Naples 2 Bedroom Condo

This is a lovely, just renovated, two bedroom condo that is four blocks from the Naples pier. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops within a few blocks. A nice community pool with friendly folks. We loved it!

6 weeks wasn't long enough

The location of the property could not have been any better. We walked left to sunrise and walked right to sunset . All the stores, restaurants, and beach was within walking distance.James, the owner, could not of been any more helpful with my inquiries. He responded almost immediately. There really is no other place to stay when your visiting Naples !!!!

Great place and location

This place is a cute cozy place and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cannot say enough about the nice people that live in this building as everyone is very kind. Location is everything to be a block from 3rd Avenue and just few blocks to Naples beaches pier. Restaurants especially The Bevy I thoroughly enjoyed and great boutique shopping. The 3rd Street Market on Saturday mornings was fantastic. I went for morning runs and cannot say enough about the area accept I miss being down there already. There is construction on bottom floors but with hurricane Ian this is to be expected and not the norm but they made a lot of progress. James was always a text away and answered right away so thank you for everything!

I loved staying at this condo, it was decorated in a minimalist coastal style. Very well equipped and a less than 10 minute walk to 3rd St. shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to 5th Ave. The owner was very responsive and made certain that my stay was enjoyable.

I just purchased the property in July 2021 and did some things that I hope you will love as much as we do. New floors, new plantation shutters, painted, new linens, new mattresses, new art, decor, new tv, tv stand, ceiling fans, new sleeper sofa on the way, new coffee table coming, and more. If you need anything while there don't hesitate to ask I hope you love as much as me and my family. I live in Boston and have been traveling to Naples since 2015 and absolutely love it.

What makes this property unique

Shopping and restaurants less than a block away. Beach only 4 blocks. Clay tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground a few short blocks away at Cambier Park. Weekly Farmers Market ar 3rd Street and 5th Avenue and all it has to offer only 7 blocks away.
