I spent the past three months at this place, and it truly felt like home. The neighbors were great, and the location was conveniently placed a few minutes from the city. I highly recommend booking this place if you want to live in the heart of San Antonio. The owner was very responsive and the cleaning crew every Monday was amazing. It's a comfortable place to be in.
My Daughter and I stayed at this lovely home. It was in walking distance of a walking/biking trail by the river that led to the River Walk area. This home was in a safe and quiet area of South town in San Antonio. The owner was responsive to my inquires. It was a short distance to most of the attractions like the Alamo. We would definitely return if we came back to San Antonio.
Very comfortable place. Great porches to sit on, quiet neighborhood (if one doesn't mind the trains). Easy access to downtown and other places.Hosts were very responsive to questions.
Our overall stay was very nice, the location is great only about a 10 minute drive to downtown San Antonio and a 15 minute drive to Lackland airforce base which is great if you're looking for a rental to visit a loved one for their Airforce graduation like we did. The neighborhood is nice as well. There is a railroad very near by and it can get pretty loud but even with an infant with us it didn't startle her when she slept. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to a friend.

Joanna. Thank you for being a great guest. We look forward to hosting you again on your next visit to
San Antonio. Thanks again and safe travels home.
Place was great and was central to alot of local sites, but I must admit I wasn't a fan of the neighborhood. We stayed in so it wasn't a problem for us but ....
The unit, however was clean and nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay.
We texted late the first night to let our host know that the bulbs were out in the front porch lights. By 8:00am the next morning someone had already arrived to take care of it! Great response to a small concern!
This home is very nice. We were very impressed. We felt as though we were at home. When looking for a place to stay at I always look at reviews. I recall one of them saying that they had not liked the neighborhood. I am one that believes to give everything a try no matter what a review says, unless there are consistent reviews stating the same which there was not. We do not regret staying here. The neighborhood is quiet. As far as not being able to sleep because of the train it passed by during the day and not at night. I highly recommend giving it a try. We will definitely be back when we go to San Antonio.
I have stayed in numerous vrbo homes and not once have, I had to leave a bad review. This place was ridiculously hot. On night 2 I had to sleep in the living room with two fans. The living room and kitchen are the only rooms that cooled down. I have pictures and videos, showing the AC reading 78 as late as 11 PM. The only time it actually was cool was six in the morning. One time I lowered it to 65 we left and came back, and somehow it was raised to 75. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else unless you don’t mind sweating or sleeping in the living room.

Sheryl. Thank you for the review. I have had numerous guests at our residence and none of them have complained about the temperature. To clarify your post, you called me at 9pm Friday because of the temperature. I went to the location and brought fans because I expected the unit to be warm. To my surprise it was comfortable and better than my own house. The back room was a bit warmer however since you posted you were traveling as 1 when you made the reservation we discussed using the other room because it was cooler and more comfortable. Another surprise when I arrived was more than just you staying at the duplex. Because you had other guests there and did not pay for the extra guests I was surprised. However the unit next door was available and I allowed your party to also use that unit which was also very comfortable concerning the temperature. I allowed your party to use this unit at no extra charge. Finally because you seemed bothered by the temperature I also agreed to give you a one night refund. Yes it has been over 100 in san antonio for over a month however the units were very comfortable as I was there myself. Good
Luck on your future stays. Thank you
The property is very cute. Set up well. Well maintained. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was awesome! Awesome location. Just minutes from the Alamo, the River Walk, and the Alamadome. Parking was easy and well marked. Easy directions to gain access. No crazy check out instructions.
Only thing we would change if we could was the very thin toilet paper.
Thanks for the great stay!
Unit was very clean. Cute street close to downtown. It took a bit to get used to the trains passing by throughout the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
The house was new, spot less clean, and very comfortable with plenty of room. It was a great location to Southtown and King William neighborhoods. It is short walk to the lower river walk and a B bike rental station. It has easy access to the major highways around San Antonio. I can highly recommend this vrbo.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Owner was very responsive. The property felt exactly the way it looks in the pictures- cozy and well maintained. We will definitely come again!
