Beautiful newer home in southern AZ (Pima County, Sahuarita). THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER/NOVEMBER, 2023. PLS ONLY INQUIRE IF NEEDED FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS (to rent 4-5 months you will need to pay for the full 6 months)

THIS IS NOT AN AIRBNB TYPE PROPERTY. WILL NOT AND UNABLE TO DO SHORT TERM OF A FEW MONTHS. Please contact me prior to making application thru VRBO to insure the requested dates are available. Ceramic tile + wood like laminate flooring. Granite kitchen counters, stainless appliances, pantry closet, reverse osmosis.
Lg walk in shower (no bath tub); smaller walk in closet; faux wood window blinds.
1 car garage with storage; covered front porch (no back yd or back door); landscaped garden to right of house. Will allow 1-2 small pets (cat or dogs). NO LARGE DOGS. ONE GUEST HAS TO BE 55+....THE OTHER CAN BE AGE 20+
MANY AMENITIES IN THIS 55+ GATED COMMUNITY. RESORT SIZE POOL, LG SPA, CLUB HOUSE, BALL ROOM, FITNESS CENTER, CRAFT ROOMS, TENNIS COURTS, WALKING TRAILS. VARIOUS SOCIAL EVENTS ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

MAXIMUM 2 SMALL PETS (cat or dog) ALLOWED. WATER, SEWER, GAS, GARBAGE INCLUDED IN MONTHLY FEE. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY and INTERNET (Cox).

Have resided in southern AZ for 12 years. Sahuarita is a beautiful community approx 20 miles south of downtown Tucson. Green Valley is right down the highway. The area has one of the lowest crime rates in the entire state. Sahuarita is predominantly composed of retirees and families. Look online for info on Rancho Resort; photos of the community.

Why they chose this property

This is my personal home for the past 5.5 years. I am heading back to Tucson as I spend alot of time there currently. Hence why I am looking for a longer term renter to enjoy this home and the community of Rancho Resort as much as I have.

What makes this property unique

My property is one of a few in Court Yard with a garden. The community here in Sahuarita is wonderful - quiet, crime free and quick access to I-19. Rancho Resort offers a multitude of activities and social events. Not everyone participates however those that do..we are like family.
A wonderful Fry's grocery store is a 3 min drive in addition to the local Post Office, several gas stations, a bank, veterinary clinic, nail salon, several take out restaurants and NW Emergency Hospital. Farther down the freeway (approx 6-7 min drive) there are 2 shopping centers with: Walmart, Big Lots, 99 cent Store, Sprouts, Mod Pizza, Starbucks, Firestone, TJ Max, Beals and various eating establishments. SW Tucson is 15-20 min drive north on I-19 where you will find a Home Depot, Lowes, Target, a movie theatre and an assortment of restaurants. Downtown Tucson is a 25 min drive....all freeway on I-19. Airport is approx 20 min drive.
