Magical Condo

This condo is well maintained, very clean and is even better than the pictures! Highly recommend staying here. Most resorts/hotels in this area require you to cross the street and pack all your belongings to the beach. You can walk bare foot from this condo right into the water to swim, snorkel and play!

Great lanai with beautiful view of the ocean and amazing sunset ! Ocean front condo all equiped ,full kitchen and essential beach gear available. AC with timer (4h) in the bedroom unless you prefer « natural AC ».Small bathroom that could be updated . Laundry room is next to the front office . Small pool but lots of chairs on the lawn . Grounds well maintained.Easy parking . And we did water the plant every other day as ask by the host .

HPH is my favorite place to stay on Maui. This unit is wonderful. Nice updates and great end location with tremendous beach views. The beach access is great. Walk out your door and walk to: snorkeling with turtles; shopping; dining.

Brilliant location

I’ve stayed in Kihei so many times I can’t count them all and this condo had one of the best locations I’ve ever stayed in. Our host was super easy to deal with and the condo itself was perfect for two adults looking for a getaway. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, couldn't be any closer to the beach. Sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking and the whales are often part of the show at the same time. Great condo, we have already booked it again for next year. :)

Excellent stay at an amazing location

My wife and I spent 8 nights in this great condo with an amazing view and perfect location. We had quick and easy access to anything in Kihei of course but its also easy to get anywhere on the island from here. This property provides a beautiful beach with daily views of the Maui sunset which left of with many great memories.

Wonderful Spot in Kihei

The Hale Pau Hana is a wonderful facility in Kihei, and Les' condo here is fantastic. The unit is on the second floor and has a great view of the beach directly in front of the facility. The availability of the boogie boards, floats, fins, and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay a breeze. I highly suggest anyone looking for a great convenient spot to stay in Kihei to check this place out.

Perfect location!

Stayed at HPH many times! Great place. Nice to have the extra south-facing window for cross ventilation. The only thing is the living room furniture is horribly uncomfortable and no where to hang garments longer than a shirt. (e.g. Women's dress)

Happy 4th at the Beach!

We so enjoyed staying in this condo! Great location close to some stellar eating establishments; great snorkeling beach; fireworks on the 4th by several families on the beach; sunsets every night from the lanai while sipping on our Mai Tai's; sleeping on the Murphy Bed listening to the waves and waking to the sunrise! Hated to leave and hope to return.

This condo is awesome. Amazing beach front views perfect for the sunset on the lanai. We loved the kehei location. Les was a great host. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to be back some day!

We had a nice stay at this cute condo. Such a great location. We loved all the neat beachy nick knacks . It was great having beach chairs & boogie boards there to use. Definitely recommend this comfy condo.

Beautiful views, access to beach couldn’t be easier, very well cared for unit. Bedroom has AC, kitchen has all tools you’d need, there’s a good supply of beach gear (towels, chairs, boards, etc). Would stay again and recommend it without hesitation.

Staying in this apartment allows you to experience the the Pacific all of your waking hours and subliminally while sleeping. Highly recommended! Also, great swimming right there and outstanding restaurants within walking distance.

Two retired teachers who love the beach and the island life. We live in Lake Tahoe in the summer and Maui when we get too cold and tire of skiing in the winter. We put on the Maui Oceanfront Marathon in late January, so January is never available.

We also put on the Lake Tahoe Marathon in October , so October is always available.

Why they chose this property

There are plenty of pretty places to jog. Friday night is Art Night in Lahaina. One or more of the many galleries will have an artist showing their works, usually serving wine and hors d'oeuvres. Then stay for dinner at one of the many oceanfront restaurants. Do get your picture taken with colorful parrots perched on your shoulder as you stroll the waterfront outside the historic Pioneer Inn on Front Street. About 8 miles north of our place, at Ma'alaea Bay, is the Maui Ocean Center (The Hawaiian Aquarium). In the same area is the ancient Kealia Fishpond. About 5 miles north of HPH is outstanding windsurfing and is where the giant green turtles come to lay their eggs. You may see yellow road signs warning of turtle crossings. (they don't last long) There are surf lessons half mile north and good surfing is a few blocks north and a mile south of our place. Windsurfing is also excellent 4 miles north and on the east side of the island. Scuba or snorkeling abounds. There is a dive shop about every other block, it seems. And nearest dive shop is across the street from our complex. On Thursday the Home owners organize a weekly Pu Pu Party. All guests are invited to bring something to share and your own beverage and enjoy the sunset with new friends. Any night is a good night to BBQ on our lawn overlooking the beach and help the sun set.

What makes this property unique

Very friendly and social vacation environment. Enjoy the company of new friends while BBQ and watching the sun go down. Our condo is a corner unit has an unobstructed view of the beach, 3 islands, and the sunset. Our extra side window looks south down the beach. The quarter mile long Kameole Beach II is just down our stairs. See whales between Dec and April just yards off shore. Dolphins often and turtles daily...
