Great clean condo with amazing views! Could watch turtles swimming by from the lanai! Comfortable bed! Kitchen has anything one could possibly need. Enjoyed rooftop area. Great location with easy access to shopping and dining. Nance was immediately available for any questions we had.

This condo has every amenity and is in a great location. Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I really loved enjoying the beautiful ocean views from the balcony and every room.

Completely equipped kitchen and everything we needed for the beach was already there. This is the nicest condo we've ever stayed in anywhere in Hawaii.

By the beach

This unit had an incredible view and location. So close to the beach, ocean, restaurants and everything else we needed. Sleeping with the windows open was so great. Listening to the waves right below you made for extremely relaxing spot

Love the Royal Mauian condos and this unit is on 6th floor. Stellar views of ocean and sunsets, turtles in AM, snorkeling access and beach access, great places ot shop and eat super close by. Def. will stay again!

This is a beautiful property, well maintained. The best thing about it is the beautiful view & the sound of the surf lulling you to sleep. We never needed the A/C because the cross breeze was so cool. The proximity to two beaches & the shops & restaurants across the street made it a perfect location. I’d definitely give it 5 stars!!

We had a great time at this condo. Nance was very responsive and easy to work with during our stay. The place was perfectly located on Kamaole Beach which was so relaxing and close to a lot of delicious food venues/trucks. We had a great time and the condo has literally everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I visit Kihei and the Royal Mauian frequently, I must say unit #609 is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The remodel was tastefully done with no details spared, everything that you could possibly need is provided, the bed is very comfortable and the location is great. We are looking forward to our next stay.

I purchased Unit 608 in 1986 and Unit 609 in 2009 and both have been exquisitely remodelled !

Why they chose this property

You can't beat this location. It's a waterfront ,concrete building sandwiched between two of Maui's best beaches close to restaurants and shopping! The Royal Mauian has a great ocean front fresh water heated swimming pool and you can enjoy the beach! This Unit is on the top ( penthouse) level of the building with an extremely private lanai .
