The condo was very clean, comfortable and felt new. Spent a lot of time on the lanai, amazing views! Communication with host was impeccable and check in seemless. AC worked well. Relatively well stocked (i.e no toaster, no beach umbrella) As advertised/ accurate listing. It is quite small with limited storage for clothing/suitcases. Would stay again but falls on the pricier side.

Wonderful stay

We love the Royal Mauian and this unit was fantastic. Beautiful views and very close to the water . Unit is in great shape and had everything we needed. Would stay here again anytime.

Nicest in Royal Mauian

We've stayed in many of the Royal Mauian's units and this one is probably the nicest one we've stayed in. The unit has everything you'll need for the beach.The kitchen is well equipped. Kristin and Robert made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise!

This is a gorgeous condo, beautifully updated and filled with everything you could need for a vacation in paradise! We have stayed in Maui several times over the last few years and this is by far our favorite condo on the water. Coffee every morning on the lanai watching the sunrises, and cocktails and dinners every evening watching the sunsets is fantastic! With a great view of the beach it could not be more perfect. Almost everything is close by and in walking distance in Kihei. The grounds are impeccable and the roof top deck is very unique and special. The condo is well stocked, the bed comfy, and everything spotless. Just as pictured! The host answered a couple of questions quickly and was easy and nice to work with. We can't wait to come back!

Great room, sunset views

The room was great. Most of the furniture was different than the photos (and slightly less nice, especially the balcony furniture). The kitchen sink only had hot water turned on so after a bit it was always too hot. Also had to get more toilet paper because there wasn't enough for the week

Also the location of the building is perfectly located in central Kihei with really superb restaurants and coffee shops literally across the road. The building itself is older but is managed incredibly well and the grounds are beautifully manicured. You also can't beat the weather here in Kihei ! Our next 7 day stop was Kapalua and the weather was windy, overcast and rain pretty much all the time. Ended up coming back to Kihei on some days to get the good weather. Every little thing was thought of in this unit, towels, beach chairs, welcome basket - absolutely awesome. The one and only issue we had, which really wasn't an issue for us, but the units are smaller and there is literally no closet space, bar small space to hang a few items. There are no drawers/shelves to pack away your clothing so we literally lived out of our suitcases in the living room. Being it was just my husband and myself, it didn't matter to us, but this may an issue for some. The unit we moved to later in Kapalua was huge - and weirdly also had absolutely no shelves to unpack our clothes -only hanging space. Maybe this is a thing in Hawaii, I'm not sure but I did find it odd. But staying in this particular unit was wonderful due to the well thought out upgrades. We have such a lovely time and would absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our trip to Hawaii for a family wedding. Out of the five different units our family rented (all through different owners/property managers), this was the most expensive—but we chose it because it looked the most updated, and the fifth-floor location promised a better view. It definitely delivered.The condo is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the décor—it has a perfect blend of modern style with a relaxed beach feel. The flooring, furnishings, and overall aesthetic really made it feel like a special place to stay. The lanai was also a highlight, both for the view and the comfortable setup. Having a kitchen was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient.The location worked perfectly for our needs, and overall, we truly enjoyed our time here.There are just a few small improvements that would make the experience even better. A screen door for the sliding glass door would be incredibly helpful—especially in the evenings when we wanted to enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the waves. Without a screen, the indoor lights attracted quite a few gnats.At this price point, a king bed would have been ideal for added comfort. Additionally, the closet storage could use some upgrading—the drawers felt flimsy & didn’t function well. A sturdy 4–6 drawer dresser would make a big difference for guests staying multiple days.Overall, though, this is a lovely condo & we would absolutely consider staying again
