Back at your spacious retreat, you'll be greeted by a comfortable living area that is perfect for unwinding after exciting days out and about. Watch your favorite shows on TV as the group chef whips up a snack or an entire meal in the well-equipped kitchen. If you'd prefer to feel the fresh Maryland air on your face, head out to the furnished patio for some leisurely lounging. Updates for 2024 include a king bed and updated furnishings in the main bedroom, as well as Polywood balcony furnishings. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
