We had a really nice time at the property. Everything looked like the photos. The rooms were clean as well as the common areas.Jay was a great host. He responded quickly and went the extra mile for us. Great experience!

Fantastic stay! The house was immaculate it was very spacious, we didn't even use the game room. The house was well stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. The only problem I had with the home was the master shower has no pressure. Also the chairs on the patio need to be replaced; They were badly torn. I would certainly rent the home again Jay answered all of my questions.

Unfortunately, our two-day stay was disappointing. We encountered two spiders and a cockroach, had no hot water/low water pressure in the master bedroom and bedroom 2, found a nail sticking out of the floor that caused someone to get hurt, and the pool cover was broken which caused us to not be able to use the pool.The host’s response was also disappointing. We were told that because we did not report every issue during our two-day stay, no compensation would be considered. While we understand that reporting issues immediately can give a host the opportunity to address them, guests should still be able to provide honest feedback after their stay without feeling pressured or dismissed.The property had several maintenance and cleanliness concerns that made our stay less comfortable than expected. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Highly recommend this wonderful property! In addition to the pristine neighborhood, the floorplan was perfect for our family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room, theater room and of course, the pool (the hot tub was amazing and my favorite). Jay, the owner communicated well and even checked on us to make sure things were going well. He even helped when I realized that I didn’t request heating for the pool/hot tub and he happily scheduled a video call to assist.Thanks for taking such good care of us, Jay and ensuring an awesome Spring Break experience!We look forward to staying again in the future!

Amazing vacation

Spring break

Overall the property was great. Very spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out. We enjoyed a 5 day stay. Kids loved the game room. About 30 minute drive to Universal Studios. Only negative was lack of baking sheets and oven mitts. We like to bake frozen pizzas , etc.

Loved it

So great. Jay was so responsive and super patient with all the little things that inevitability go wrong. We had two super little kids with us and the house was perfect for them and the adults. Also the pool was an absolute 10/10. We could not have been happier.

Our stay at Jay’s property was nothing short of excellent. I would recommend this vacation home to families looking to travel to Orlando or near as it is close to Disney, Universal and other attractions. Jay was a responsive host and was easy to reach for general inquiries we had during our stay. The home is perfect for large groups and was incredibly clean and maintained well. Overall 10/10 experience.

The communication with the property provider was excellent throughout my stay. Unfortunately, there were several significant issues with the property itself. I have been renting vacation properties for years, and I must say this was one of the worst experiences I have had regarding the condition and maintenance of a property.Master Bedroom Shower: The water pressure in the master bedroom shower was extremely low. It was so poor that I had to use the bathtub to rinse off. The pool was a major concern. There was no net available to clean or skim the pool and there were two large holes in the screening surrounding the pool. As a result, numerous bugs continuously ended up in the pool, and I had to use a bucket to remove them. The property appeared to receive very little landscaping maintenance. There were numerous weeds around the pool and sunning-chair area, which made the area look poorly maintained. Many of the lawn chairs were in such poor condition that they were essentially unusable. They were broken and deteriorated to the point that they were unusable.On the last day of our stay, the internet stopped working for no apparent reason, which was an additional inconvenience.I want to emphasize that the communication with the provider was excellent, and they were responsive throughout the process. However, the condition and maintenance of the property itself were well below the standards I would expect from a vacation rental. You can request pictures for verification.

Family Vacation

Our family rented this property for a short family vacation following a family members wedding. It was the perfect vacation rental! The house was clean, updated, close to everything, park, soccer, basketball, and the pool and hot tub was a major hit! Jay, the host was amazing! I rent 3-5 Vrbo a year and he is by far the most easy going and nicest host I have dealt with! He gave great directions, was on top of things, and even wished my 8 year old a Happy Birthday! We will definitely be staying here again! I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Nice house in a good location

Overall the house was nice, I did have 2 issues the downstairs ac was not working I called concerning the issue and no one answered or returned my call. and the Tv outside was broken. Aside from those issues I really enjoyed staying at this location.

Ruined our trip!

As a family of 8, we rented this villa to attend a family wedding in Disney. The check in process was horrendous - the owner had not informed anyone we were staying at this villa, and so upon arrival security refused us entry to the estate. Unfortunately having no data in the USA, we had to drive to a local McDonalds to use their phone for me to contact the owner - to which there was no answer. I then connected to wifi and messaged through VRBO, and didn’t receive a response..meaning we had nowhere to go for several hours, after a 9 hour flight. I called VRBO costing me over £100 in charges for calls - they appeared helpful and told me they would sort us a new villa and call me back within 5-10 minutes. They did not call me at all, and infact only contacted me by email 8 days later asking was the issue resolved. The owner did eventually get back to me that evening and explained he had put our names on the wrong property and would rectify immediately.

This is my family’s second time staying at this house. It is such a perfect house and perfect location! Plenty of space, pool and hot tub are great for the days when we want to relax, and it’s just 30 minutes from Disney World. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will plan to stay here again our next visit to Orlando!
