Charming Worthley Pond Year Round Lake House

Our Pet Friendly 2 bed 1 Bath Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. The main floor has a kitchen and living room combination which opens into the porch providing a view overlooking the lake. Two bedrooms are found on the second floor. An attached deck with outdoor dining furniture overlooks Worthley Pond with a dock on the water and a large shaded yard to the right. We have a fire pit on the beach with plenty of chairs for guests. The waterfront Lake house has stunning views of mount black and is the perfectly cozy winter retreat. Located an hour and 10 minutes north of Portland, 30 minutes north of Auburn and17 Minutes from Black Mountain as well as a 40 minute scenic drive to Sunday River: this winter getaway also has excellent ice fishing and trails for Snow mobiles , hiking and snowshoeing right outside your door. We also offer spring and Summer rentals to include hiking, boating, watersports (Flotation Devices, Life Jackets, Row Boat, Pedal Boat, 1 kayak and 3 Paddle Boards are available for your use) and ATV trails. You will find the home well equipped with the necessities needed for your vacation including: Smart Stick for streaming, WIFI, and cell phone service. Join us this winter for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Thank you so much for staying with us! We would be so thankful if you washed dried and put away the dishes! Piled the used towels and stripped the beds of any used linens!
Trash can be placed in the black bins outside! Transfer station is located at 142 River rd in Mexico Maine (recycle and drop off) Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-1pm
If we accommodated dogs, Please pick up any dog waste We would appreciate putting all beach chairs and toys back in their original location! If renting in fall, Turn down heat to 50!

Home away from home

Relaxing weekend away

This is the second time my family has stayed here and it was wonderful again this year. The location is great and we loved spending time on and by the lake. The house is cozy, well stocked and accommodates our family well. The host is lovely. This is by far one of our favorite places to stay in Maine, we hope to be back again at some point!

Relaxing fall getaway

This house is cozy and in a wonderful location right on the water with a beautiful deck and dock to enjoy it from. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 5 and the fact that it was so dog friendly was a huge plus. We enjoyed a hike up Black Mountain to enjoy the fall colors. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect spot

We were in town for a wedding and rented this house as a place to land between events. What we got was so much more beautiful, comfortable, and accommodating than expected! I honestly wish we could’ve spent more time hanging out at the house because it was so lovely and peaceful. I would definitely rent this house again if given the chance! Our host (Nicole) was very communicative and helpful, and she made our stay excellent.

Floridians seeing snow for the first time

The property was very nice, I was able to fit my five person family comfortably and enjoyed the view off the back porch. I would stay there again but would like to try summertime instead.

Quiet getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Worthley Pond. I went ice fishing a few times and caught a brown trout. We just relaxed and played some cards and games. We also took a drive to see some of the area and ate lunch one day in Rangley and one day in Farmington. The camp had quality WIFi so we could stream Netflix and Amazon prime video.

Perfect home on Worthley Pond

Bright, beautiful home right on the pond. Giant windows with water view and blinds & drapes for privacy. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and sectional - all felt new. Open floor plan is ideal for family time and visiting. We visited in the winter so weren't able to take advantage of the water but will definitly come back in the summer. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend for families. Even our dog was able to join us!
