En effet, nous étions en vigilance orange lors de votre venue, malheureusement, cela a engendré une petite fuite et nous nous en excusons de nouveau, un couvreur est depuis venu pour effectuer les réparations, ce type de souci ne se reproduira donc pas,
Pour ce qui est de votre concierge, nous sommes très triste d'apprendre que celle ci a failli à ces fonctions qui est d'accueillir nos voyageurs et les conseiller Lors de leur séjour avec le sourire et d'effectuer un ménage irréprochable et nous ne savons pas ce qui a pu lui arriver, une erreur humaine est malheureusement possible, nous allons nous rapprocher d'elle à ce sujet.
