Great house and Great location!! This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we will for sure return. House is super clean and very inviting. Great front porch to hang out on for drinking your morning coffee. Peaceful neighborhood and close to everything. Host is very easy to communicate with and is very helpful. All and all one of the best places to stay around the Louisville area!!

The property description and the general overall condition were all accurate. The home was well stocked, clean, easy to find, and comfortable. The general location appears to to be in a low middle class area that felt safe. It was close to downtown Louisville and an easy car/Uber ride. There is also a quaint grocery store 2 blocks from the property We had an issue with communication and didn't receive any access instructions until 1 hour before checkin and multiple messages, calls, texts to the property owner and vrbo. Based on other reviews this does not seem to be a consistent problem.There also appears to be a significant ant issue. We picked up donuts for the next morning as we had an early flight and woke to the entire counter and donuts being covered in ants.

Great central location for bourbon touring

Perfect size and location for bourbon touring. We had 4 couples and ample space for each plus parking for multiple cars. Great restaurants on Indiana side near the river.

Our family stayed at this property for a family wedding. House was top quality and had everything you would need. Very clean. Nice Jeffersonville neighborhood with short walk to river and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.
