We appreciate the note about the exterior after the rain and the gutters overflowing; we'll share that with our turnover and maintenance teams to improve cleaning and inspect the gutters. I'm sorry the ceiling fan and linked light couldn't be used and that a handyman didn't arrive as promised. That fell short of our standard; we'll follow up with our maintenance and morning shift to ensure service commitments are completed and to address the airflow issue so the house isn’t stuffy in future stays. Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry the unit felt too basic and that the towel situation fell short, that shouldn’t have been your experience. We’ll be adding matched towel sets and extra washcloths to each bathroom and reviewing our welcome amenities to provide a few more useful extras for future guests.
