Two additional bedrooms complete this floor, each furnished with a queen bed and large egress windows for natural light.

Natural light fills the open-concept upstairs living and dining area. Share conversation in the comfortable seating, gather around the dining table, or prepare meals in the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all cooking basics. Downstairs, a family room offers games, a chalkboard wall, and a smart TV for movie nights. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room for convenience.
Outdoor living
The fenced backyard creates a space for gathering and play. A ground-level patio features a covered dining set for eight, a propane BBQ grill, and bench seating. A designated corn hole area provides entertainment, while the centerpiece is the seven-seat hot tub with hydrotherapy jets and waterfall lighting.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, freezer, and wine glasses. Guests will find cookware, utensils, and a dining table set for group meals. Coffee is provided.
