Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in a city. The hosts were friendly and offer a nice place to stay! Definitely would stay again next time I’m in the area.
We were 5 adults . We used 2 bedrooms & 2.convertible couches in the Living Room .We cooked breakfast using 2-HotPlates - 1-sausage, 1- Eggs. Good sized Refrigerator. The Stay was comfortable, the price was right, the Owner was very nice. It is a good place to stay for events & points of interest.
OK, for the most part. Location was very convenient. Bed linens smelled musty. And the people upstairs stomped around every morning at about 5:30, which was very frustrating.

This was a great little get away spot for us. 2 good sized bedrooms and a comfy living room. Host was quick to respond when we could not get in (our fault). Front door was a little sticky to open but it had been raining a lot. Nice bathroom and a good hot shower! Kitchen had needed appliances for us. If anyone is a coffee drinker like us they have a 5 cup coffee pot. Stairs were not an issue for us and lights turned on as we went down them at night.
Host was on-site and very hospitable. The rental had just been renovated and a couple items still had to be done. Great for a short stay. Kitchenette for warming items. Great neighborhood.
Good location, clean , but could not get into the information about rules , where to leave the key. Water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed, but i would stay here again.
The space was great for our family of 4 +2 dogs. Easy check-in/check-out and the host was very easy to reach when needed. Would love to see an outdoor space and it looks like that project is planned/in progress. If our travels bring us back to Spokane we will look for this property again.
Would be great to have a guest book—we found some fun dog-friendly places to visit nearby and would have liked to share with future guests.
The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.
We can for a weekend wedding. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids! Highly recommend! Not ADA though. You have to walk down some awkward stairs to get to the door. The kids thought it was so fun!

Very easy to find and check in
This was the second time we stayed at this property, one year apart. This year, it was not very clean like it was last year and the air fryer didn’t work well enough to heat a frozen food for my son.
Fortunately, the beds did seem to be clean and comfortable. I think there needs to be more attention paid to details throughout the rest of the property. One example is that there was a significant amount of dust around a dying house plant that I watered.
I still have not decided if I will stay here again next summer as I drive through Spokane because it was incredibly easy to check in and I like that it is near Trader Joe’s, a pizza place, and gorgeous Manitoba park.
The apartment was lovely. Much larger than I was expecting. I only used the first bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot. There was a bottle of shower gel and a bottle of 2-1 shampoo/conditioner.The apartment had two comfortable sofas. A nice size dining table. The chairs were of the office chair variety. There were several TVs, but I did not use them. The wifi was fine for my use. The kitchen is galley style, no stove or oven. Toaster(did not use), toaster oven (no tray so didn't use it), small air fryer that I did use and it was a good size for a single person. Microwave that was on the lower wattage scale, so just added time for everything. No salt, sugar or cooking oil. There is an electric hot plate that I used. It basically had 2 settings, on and off so it took a bit to get used to that. Fry pan is no longer flat so did not sit flat on the hot plate. You could hear people above talking (not clearly) and walking around. All of the above negatives were on the minor side. The biggest negative was the next door neighbor had a rooster that crowed starting at about 4:40 am and continued to crow the next few hours. I needed to get up early, just not that early. There is a lock box that held the key to the door. It was a PITA to get open. I chipped a nail in the process. Not a good design for a lock box. I would absolutely stay here again.
Our family of 5 and our 2 puppies enjoyed our weekend stay in the apartment while we were visiting extended family in Spokane. The inside of the apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. The kitchen is a little small, but served our needs as we didn’t need to cook any big meals. There isn’t a stove or oven, but there is an air fryer, toaster oven, some cooking plates and a decent sized refrigerator/freezer. We could hear someone playing around on the piano upstairs one morning and a few footsteps from tine to time, but otherwise it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Timothy was easy to communicate with and we would definitely consider staying here again.
This place had ample space for a small family. It was relatively clean, comfortsble and convenient to many Spokane sights. There were plenty of towels and kitchen appliances for preparing meals. This place is perfect if you prefer a cooler environment. It was too cold for us. The apartment has very cold AC and no way to control it. It must be adjusted by the iqner upstairs. The yard is partially mowed and partially fenced in. In general, we found it yo be a good place to stay while visiting 3 nights.
We would be happy to stay here again, it was clean, easy to find, and the host was accommodating when we needed to add another adult. It was easy to get to shopping as well.
The path to the stairs (4-5 of them) doesn't have any railing, and there's a gap several feet deep between the path and neighbor's yard, also without rails. This shouldn't be a big issue for most folks, but something to keep in mind if you have a small kid or mobility issues. The kitchen was quite basic, and was missing a cutting board and chef knife. There isn't a stove, but there is a portable burner, microwave, and an air frier. Basic meals should be pretty easy to make here. There wasn't a high chair or pack n play, so you'll have to bring your own.

Vrbo
The sidewalk to the lower level was icey & should have been cleared. We put de-icer on it ourselves. The carpet must have had spots where previous dogs peed as my dog kept going from place to place sniffing & trying to mark places. The “kitchen” did not have enough glasses & cups.
It was a short stay so it worked out, but I will not visit again.

No the best by far
Absolutely no control over ac or heat internet is pretty much non existent lots of wolf spider's must have killed 40-50 a couple with loads of baby's and was bit twice from spider's at night in bed. Whoever is upstairs has Absolutely no respect at all. Trying to sleep you hear everything upstairs sounded like stomping around dropping heavy stuff on the floor. Checked out a day early couldn't stand it anymore. And no comment back from the contact no apologies so NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
The place was clean and everything was freshly laundered. It was a great spot for me, my husband and our young puppy. The only drawback was it didn't have a full oven or stove. It instead has a toaster oven and hot plate. Although that worked for us and our purposes. This was WAY better than staying at a hotel especially long term (2 weeks).
