Year round sunsets can be seen from your condo for the best chance to see our famous Kona Green Flash. This lanai just about hangs over the ocean. View the tide pools and lagoon where turtles like to swim and eat. Let the sounds of the sea lull you to sleep after your day of sightseeing or relaxing. AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE - January 2026
In the late fall of 2025, the central air conditioning system at Hale Kona Kai was replaced. The HVAC equipment that services the individual condo was also inspected, with and any and all required maintenance/repairs completed. The air conditioning is in peak condition at this time.
