STEPS FROM THE BEACH WITH STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS AND RESORT AMMENITIES
This 1800 sq ft private oceanside townhome has everything for the extraordinary beach vacation:
- Luxury interior designed 3 bedroom townhome
- Direct beach access
- Resort amenities (pool, tennis, racquetball, basketball, rec room, fitness center, and more)

We offer keyless entry.

We are always a message or call away. Managing our vacation rentals is our #1 job in the summer. We provide professional cleaning and maintenance directly as needed. We provide the same hospitality as a family-run business as my parents did on the Outer Banks since 1973.

There are very few properties that are so large inside, with 3 bedrooms, so close to the beach, with so many resort amenities that are still so centrally located. The Kitty Hawk Beach here is like no other running so close to the beach road. Nearly half the residents @ Sea Dunes are locals and the others are long term 2nd home owners. A hidden gem on the Outer Banks, there is a waiting list of new owners who want to buy here.

Clearly the sunrise on the balcony over the ocean view cannot be beat. The beach is so close. But there are also many great shops and restaurants in walking distance: John's Drive In and Cap't Franks are Outer Banks institutions; The Black Pelican Oceanfront Restaurant is one of the best on the beach; Barefoot Bernies has live music; and don't forget La Fagota's Mexican, Sanya Sushi, Stack 'em High Pancakes.

Conveniently located at the 4MP on the beach road, quickly access all the activities the Outer Banks offers. Great restaurants & shops in walking distance.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!
Quiet time after 10PM
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don't have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.
No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 8 through the Airbnb resolution center.
Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.

Great property and location! The clubhouse has a nice selection of things to do, pickleball, tennis, ping pong, swimming, etc. Very close to the beach, and convenient to food, etc. The condo is a nice set up and the hosts are extremely responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. Can’t beat the ease of access to the beach. We ran into a few hiccups and the owner was very helpful. The sand shower, the washer/dryer combo and the grill were especially great for us. There’s plenty of beach supplies. We will stay here again.

Townhouse was nice and so was having a nice grass area throughout the property as anyone that has been to OBX knows, there are the little cacti and the plants with burrs that your dog gets into.

Amazing property

Was a beautiful home. Definitely get a workout with the stairs to each level but it was wonderful. The stuff provided for the beach and bikes was wonderful. The community pool and people there were very friendly. Convenient to grocery store. Was a great time can't wait to book next year!!

Annual Mother's Day Trip

Dave was a won't host, he responds quickly to messages, he provided get placrs to eat. The property is across the street from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants (there are no sidewalks). Overall we had a great weekend and a wonderful place to stay and make memories.

Great spot for a beach vacation

The location of the rental in proximity to the beach was fantastic. In addition, the amenities of the community were great…. We had a lot of fun playing pool, air hockey, and using the outdoor pool. The house is laid out nicely, and The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Beach, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were provided, which was extremely nice. The owner is exceptionally responsive. Check in and check out were a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this location! Our #1 need for our vacations is space enough for all of us, the home was spacious & beautiful! Although it was rainy during most of our stay, the rec hall with games was definitely a perk for our teenagers, for when they were getting stir crazy in the home. The beach was SUPER close right across the street. The owner was very communicative and helpful, he gave wonderful recommendations on things to do and places to eat! If we visit kitty hawk again, we will definitely be staying here! Highly recommend.

Very comfortable

Very clean. The beds were comfortable. Across the street from the beach and near a number of restaurants, shopping, and things to do (Wright Bros Memorial, Jockey Dunes). Like most beach places, living areas are upper floors so be prepared to carry stuff up a flight or two of stairs. The owner was very responsive when we had questions..

We were pleased with the accommodations. The room in the back of the garage was a great surprise, as my daughter had her 2 year old with her and was able to keep her from noise volumes of the rest of the family. We would have liked having a crosswalk at the exit of that road but that's not a reflection on the house.

Renters beware!!

Overall had a great time. The location was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. the BIG downside was the 3rd “bedroom.” It was actually a storage room with a bed in it in the garage. So to go to a bathroom, you had to go through the garage and up a flight of stairs. The cupboards in the “bedroom “ were full of paint cans and extra molding from a renovation were leaned up against the wall. Wish I had known this before renting!!!

Our apologies for the confusion about the "Bonus Bedroom," we have since adjusted the listing's details to make it more clear to our guests what they can expect. We recently renovated the bonus room but weren't able to finish everything we had planned for it. Still, we wanted our guests to be able to use this space, so we got it in the best shape we could for the Summer. Our apologies again for this misunderstanding.

Great place to stay

The townhouse is in a great location with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool and clubhouse was a great amenity and the beach is right across the road. Daivd was always quick with any questions we had.

I grew up in the Outer Banks in the 70s and 80s working in the hospitality industry starting at age 12. Since 1990 I have lived elsewhere as an international technology executive and volunteer minister. I've worked and vacationed all over the world but still come back home to my favorite beach.

I love to introduce people to my home town and think it is the best place for a relaxed family vacation. I want to help you any way I can by giving you the best property and expert recommendations from nearly 50 years of OBX experiences. Just ask me to help in any way to have the best vacation and I will do my best!

My goal in life is to "retire" to the OBX and recreate the Anchorage Motel & Cottages my parents owned and operated from 1972-2004 as a "virtual resort" by renting some of the best, affordable, family-oriented properties on the OBX.

This property is centrally located on the OBX with great ocean views! Just a few steps from a restful beach, you get the best of resort living. We keep the property in good shape, comfortable, with all the supplies you need to have a great summer beach week (or weekend in the spring or fall). With 3 bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 6 plus there is a pullout sofa for a 7th (or even 8th).
