Fabulous location just a 10-15 minute walk to El Paseo for fine dining, shopping and wonderful exploring. 1.5 miles to the incredible Living Desert and to many great hiking areas for the outdoor enthusiasts. This location is close to everything-golf, tennis, shopping, eating, hiking, running, concerts.......
My home is newly furnished with a mid-century flair and has everything you will need for your stay here in the desert. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms. (master bath has a steam shower!) The kitchen is high-end and stocked with most everything you will need.
The living room as a 70" TV with YouTube TV, Apple TV, Netflix and Hulu. There are also TV's in 2 of the bedrooms.
Step out to the very private, serene backyard and enjoy the gorgeous pool, spa, fire pit, barbeque, shaded seating area, misters, and plenty of loungers and umbrellas in and out of the pool. There is also a lounging shelf in the pool-great for staying cool while you read! And a TV for those of you who like to watch TV outside with your morning coffee.
28 day minimum rental; I will send a rental agreement upon booking.

Noise ordinances so no loud parties after 10pm - this a wonderful neighborhood where we respect our neighbors

Check in 5:00 pm, Check out 11:00 am. ( I will be flexible whenever I can)
The pool fee (shows up as host fee) is the daily fee for the colder months. Depending on what month you come, it may be lower and if you do not want the pool heated I can reduce the daily pool fee. You will not need the pool heated in the hotter months.
