Sunny holiday apartment with a view of Lake Sellin

This comfortable holiday rental is bright, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped.
The living area features an open kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster.... . The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 1–2 people and a TV. The dining area features a round dining table with 6 chairs (2 additional chairs are located in the bedroom). There is one bedroom with a double bed and a cot. A second bedroom is located on the upper floor and features 1 double bed and 2 single beds. (In total, there are 6 sleeping spots in beds, 2 on the sofa bed, and 1 in the cot.)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The apartment has a floor area of 90 square metres.
From the south-facing balcony, which is furnished, you have a beautiful view of Sellin with Lake Sellin in the background. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, secluded, and central location in the heart of Sellin on a large 3,000-square-meter property with a parking space in front of the house. The beach and the Wilhelmstraße promenade are just 500–900 metres away.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019.
