We are seniors who have owned time share weeks at Exploria for over twenty years. We have been travelling south from Canada every year at this time and have loved our times at Grand Seas. It is so much better since it was renovated in 2020! Very luxurious in comparison. We booked the week of November 13th months ago, but are unable to use this condo due to health issues and concerns about crossing the border during covid. We put off cancelling our reservation while still hoping we could make the trip, but it is now too late to get a refund. We are trying to recoup the money that we have already paid for this week by renting it out on VRBO. That is why the price is just a fraction of what this resort charges.
