Enjoy this bright, newly renovated unique home across the street from waterfront homes featuring 3 beds & baths, plus a 4th bedroom/office, loft reading nook, Bosch appliances, bedroom skylights, and artful light fixtures. The backyard is fully fenced with brand new heated pool with waterfall and outdoor charcoal grill and dining area. VR24-00157

The master bedroom with King hybrid memory foam mattress and full bathroom with walk in shower and jetted tub are upstairs with the loft reading nook outside the door to the bedroom. The two guest bedrooms with queen mattresses are downstairs. One bedroom has a desk in it. There is a separate office with a larger desk and chair - also 4th bedroom with comfortable full size pullout sofa.

Walk to the Sarasota Arts Museum, grocery, Southside and downtown Restaurants & shops, Selby Botanical Gardens, Bayfront Park, & Marina Jack. This area of Sarasota allows for weekly stays, per City ordinance.

The house was lovely, quiet neighborhood, the homeowners supplied everything that you needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and the Sarasota area. Homeowner was very responsive to requests in a timely manner. Highly recommend

Summertime in Sarasota

This A frame house is very clean and very spacious for the four of us. It's in a small, quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. It was great having a private swimming pool during hot July. It was just a short drive to all of our adventures. The beds were really comfortable. James was very responsive to answering all of our questions.

Wonderful Sarasota home

Place just as described and pictured, really cute and with a great pool for little kids because of the bathing section, shelf and waterfall. Host was was super responsive and very accommodating, allowed us to check in early and check out late to accommodate our flights. Came with wife and kids (1 and 4). Highly recommend

Beautiful and stylish

This is a beautiful and stylish property not far from downtown Sarasota. It felt spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a work vacation — the internet was great, and the neighborhood was quiet. The new splash pool looked lovely, but it wasn’t ready for use during our visit. Highly recommended!

Better than in pictures.

This is the perfect place for a staycation. The pictures do not make justice to the place. It is far better in person than the pictures convey. It’s modern but cozy. Very clean, centrally located and with all the amenities and convenience for a restful stay. James is the perfect host. Always helpful and promptly responsive. Book this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Best use of space in an A Frame ever!

What a great place for us! We were a group in age from 87 to 14. We came to relax, hang out as a family, and be close to things to do. The house meets all that and more. On top of that, I am an architect geek. It is the best use of space in an A Frame I have ever seen. The interior was laid out fantastic, great design and interior. James, property owner, was very engaged. Probably the best VBrO experience my wife and I have encountered. Thank you James!

The house was just as listed. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Close to everything but still tucked away to be quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time. House was in a good area. We enjoy walking and were able to walk to local bars and restaurants. Took us about 30 minutes to walk to Main Street.

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!
