Your whole group will enjoy convenient access to so many parts of Chattanooga from this centrally located home in North Chattanooga! Walking distance to Coolidge Park, Northshore amenities, and Publix grocery store…walking back is up hill, but after a great meal, it is necessary!

Just a short drive across the bridge (or a great walk for enthusiasts) to downtown and all it offers…aquariums, art museum, restaurants, ball park, trail of tears memorial, sculpture gardens, hiking and biking trails!!

Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or the back deck! Kitchen is fully stocked for stay at home cooking . Newly furnished with ultra comfy beds, silky linens, and fluffy pillows. Leave your supplies at home…we offer towels, shampoos, body wash, soaps, toilet tissue, Kleenex, make up removers, coffee, creamers, and sugars!

While we do love dogs, we ask that they not be allowed on the furniture or beds! If they are bed sleepers, please bring an extra blanket or sheet for them to rumble in!! All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking; $25 pet fee applies.

We have the house sprayed quarterly for the famous chattanooga bugs! We are near the river and the woods and all houses in N Chatt will have the occasional visitors. Be assured, we do our best to have your stay be free of pests!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No items other than toilet tissue in commodes (ie make up wipes, feminine hygiene prod, etc). No plunger use in downstairs bathroom due to sump pump.
Limit pets on bedding and furniture. Use provided dog blankets and paw wipes/towels.
14 day max rental; reservation will be cancelled if over. No parties or events. Only registered guests overnight.

This property provided perfect lodging for my colleague and me during a conference at the Chattanooga Convention Center, just a short drive away. The house was clean, well stocked, and sufficiently roomy. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

This was a great cottage for our family of 4. Clean, convenient location, had everything we needed. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the deck etc. but spent most of our time visiting family and events in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Chattanooga hilltop hideaway

Loved our stay here. Two bedrooms two bathrooms and a clean space to hang out after having fun in the city. Didn't walk up that hill because we could drive. Great location and lots of fun.
