Bright, Clean, Private and very quiet place to stay. Nice split floor plan with dual masters with adjacent bathrooms located at each end of the condo. Just remodeled, nice unit, bottom floor with beautiful furnishings, everything new including the mattresses. The condo is so quiet it is hard to believe it is in the middle of a city. Within walking distance is Ralph's grocery store, Trader Joe's, restaurants, shops and more, all you need while visiting. Has two underground assigned parking spaces. Complex is all gated and secure with a heated pool and gym. This condo rates a 10+ for location and for being quiet. It is like living in a very upscale resort. Security is a 10+, we never have a problem. Please note HOA rules apply and no rentals under 28 days.

This place was spotless! It’s nicely furnished and decorated with large windows that bring in a lot of light. The kitchen is on the small side, but it’s stocked with everything you might need. It has a nice dining area and a big TV. My husband and I especially like the area.
There are several good, moderately priced restaurants in walking distance. Plus you can walk to a large modern grocery store and Trader Joe’s in 5 minutes. There’s a post office and a library within easy walking distance as well. We definitely plan to
stay at this condo again.

Ground floor flat with small kitchen
Easy location, nice pool and gym, nice manager (Tonya, at Coshow Real Estate)
Certain disappointing aspects:
- Kitchen designed for 1.5 humans, or 1 person + support dog
The flat is about 1,000 sq ft. of which 18 sq ft make up the kitchen floor space. This suddenly shrinks to about 12 sq ft of space when the dishwasher door is open or even if someone needs to open the fridge.
- Fight for privacy vs. natural light
The flat is on the ground floor allowing passers-by (dog-walking residents in the complex) a direct view into bedrooms and living room. You can close the blinds but then you block out all that nice San Diego sunshine.
-Near monasterial feel to the grounds, at times lacking in “life energy”
It is quiet, even during “off from work” hours it is quiet. Must be all the retired folks drawn here.
Craig's apartment was just right. Very well appointed with all that one could want for a comfortable stay. Mine was only a month; I wish I had stayed longer.
My wife and I stayed here for a month while looking for a long term apartment. It worked out great and we ended up renting a place nearby because we liked the location so much.
Clean and quiet, nicely decorated condo. Owner and manager are professional and helpful. Good central location with parking a big plus. Would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo. It is such a peaceful quiet retreat and yet just steps away from the restaurants, stores and vibrant life of Hillcrest. The Sunday farmer’s market is not to be missed.
The condo is immaculate and the owner, Craig, and property manager, Tonya, are both extremely helpful and responsive to any questions.
We will certainly look to rent this property again when we are in the area.
A Spacious Home, Convenient Location and Lovely Stay
I stayed here for two months as corporate housing in San Diego.
The home is clean and spacious. It is located a walking distance away from Trader's Joe and Ralph. That was tremendously convenient. A secure garage and premise. Courteous and quiet neighbors. Responsive and professional host and manager.
I would choose this place over a 4-star hotel any day.

I'm a retired IBM office equipment dealer. My primary home is in Palm Springs, Ca. This condo was totally redone for my use to escape the heat of the desert in the summer. Therefor not available JUNE-SEPT. Everything is new, I have a property manager who takes care of any issues, she is local. I bought it after extensive searching. I wanted a great location, QUIET and close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The complex is basically all adults. It is a wonderful place to spend time. I would love to have you as my guests.
