What makes this property unique
The house has been beautifully furnished and have marble floors including the stairs which are finished with stainless steel and glass handrails. Air-conditioning has been fitted throughout with individually controlled units in each of the two bedrooms and lounge, also have free wireless internet.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and each have an en-suite bathroom and fully fitted wardrobes, the 5th and 6th will sleep on sofabed or Zbeds. The master bedroom also benefits from a balcony with beautiful views of the swimming pools, landscaped gardens and the sea.
The bathrooms are fully fitted to a very high standard and the kitchens are fully equipped including fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven.
The spacious terrace with sitting area, brick built barbecue and pool / sea views is a very attractive extension of the lounge/dining area.
Outside: This spacious, tastefully furnished first floor property is located in a beautiful complex with 2 swimming pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children), well-kept gardens.
Albufeira town is located within 5 min. drive (2,5 km), which makes it ideal for families, couples and keen golfers as there are a couple of golf courses a few minutes drive away.
There are several beaches within ten minutes drive, a water park, zoo and a marina. It is also just 5 minutes away from Old Town Albufeira with its many shops, bars and restaurants complete with its own beach.
You can find some bars, restaurants and supermarket in Pateo, just at 1km from the villa.
