Our peaceful cottage, part of the Isle à Orx estate, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy a haven of peace with an exceptional view of the Orx Marsh and relax by the pool. This cottage is ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches of Labenne Océan, 20 minutes from Capbreton, 25 minutes from Hossegor, and 15 minutes from the Vélodyssée cycle route for beautiful bike rides through the forest. The accommodation: The cottage has two welcoming bedrooms (one triple room with three single beds and one double room) upstairs, a functional kitchen, a dining room, and a cosy living room. The two terraces, one shaded and the other sunny, offer a privileged relaxation area with views of the garden and the forest. You can have lunch in the cool shade and enjoy the barbecue. The shower room, laundry room, and dry toilet complete the amenities. You can also enjoy our large 12m x 6m swimming pool. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking authenticity.
