About this property

Beautifully Remodeled Cabin tucked away in the wonderful Spring Creek Area!

Nestled on an acre in the quiet and serene mountains of the Gunnison National Forest, this recently renovated cabin has a rustic charm with all the modern amenities you need for your Crested Butte getaway. This four-bedroom, three-bath cabin features YouTube TV and a brand-new kitchen with updated appliances. The property is located adjacent from Spring Creek and features a large yard with a grill, treehouse, swings, firepit and even a horseshoe pit. The deck offers expansive views of the surrounding mountains and is perfect for viewing wildlife. The living room has a new propane fireplace that makes it extra cozy in the wintertime.

We are located just 30-40 minutes away from Mt. Crested Butte which features some of the best beginner trails as well as some of the steepest terrain in North America. Please note, there are no buses that access this location, so having an AWD or 4WD car is a necessity in the winter months.

Bedroom as follows: [1] Master Bedroom King, [2] Junior Master Queen, [3] Downstairs Queen, [4] 2 sets of Bunk beds that have two queens and two twins.

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

Beautiful 4 bed 3 bath, very modern cabin. Very quiet area stunning views.

Great layout inside beautiful wrap around porch with stunning views. Very well equipped inside, comfortable furniture and bedding. Peak Property Management is very easy to work with. We boated and fished Blue Mesa Reservior and Taylor Reservior. Rafted the Gunnison River and had an overall wonderful family time.

Perfect and comfortable

This property is so nice. Everything was so clean and well prepared. So many details to ensure comfort was included. Really nice bedding, bathrooms, living space and kitchen. We loved our stay. As a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and two dogs we fit great and had a spare bed. The table was large for dinners and family game night.

This cabin is the best cabin I have ever stayed at. The location is quiet and has privacy, it also has a big yard for outdoor activities. The inside is oozing with superb design , a mix of modern and rustic. The cabin is super clean , I’m A perfectionist and I would have to say this cabin is perfection… Me and my family had a great time, it was hard to leave this place coz we felt right at home…

The perfect mountain house!

This house is amazing! I want to hire the contractor that updated it. We had 6 guys up for an annual fishing trip. It was our 10th year coming to the Gunnison/Crested Butte area. We’ve stayed in hotels and other houses in the area, but never again. It was unanimous that this one was our favorite accommodations. Perfect location, gorgeous setting, and incredible attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is beautiful and so relaxing!

This property was the best place that we have stayed. It was the most well equipped property we have stayed at. My husband is a chef and this place had pots and pans that he could actually use. We usually bring our own but didn’t need anything here. The sentry was beautiful and we loved all of the hummingbirds that came to visit!

Awesome launchpad for CB snowboarding!

This place was amazing...initially we were worried that it was a little small for 12 people, but the pictures are very deceptive and it is quite roomy even with that amount. The gas fireplace was great, plenty of parking, it was easy to find, and the kitchen/stove/appliances were all excellent. We loved the big community table/seating that easily fit about 8 of us for rounds of Jenga. There are also a lot of classic board games around, and the owner has an excellent taste in authors between Steinbeck and Achebe. The drive into the ski resort is about 35 minutes or less, can't beat that for the money you save not being directly in town. Can't say anything bad about this place and we'll plan on coming back out for a summer trip or future ski trips. Many thanks to the owners for sharing this cabin with us!!

Wonderful hidden getaway

We stayed here for a short sneak away from the city with our friends and all of our children. This little cabin is nestled in between some mountains and the snowfall was perfect. It was very quiet with lots of land for our pup and our littles to play. Very clean and adorably minimalist modern inside. The property manager was very responsive, before and during our stay. Loved staying here !
