Great location

The building itself is starting to show its age and I prefer staying someplace with indoor private laundry facilities but I love the proximity to the beach and Publix and the outdoor pool and common area. We have stayed here twice now in two different upstairs units - once four years ago and just recently in 2025 - and had a great time each time.

Birthday getaway

We had a very nice time here. Easy walk to the beach, pool is nice. Unit is very clean. As a veteran of using VRBO, we were surprised to not have any “leftover” items such as salt/pepper, sugar, etc. that we are accustomed to having in previous rentals. Not a big enough deal to prevent us from returning, but it’s always nice. While it didn’t matter to us, the property description stated it was a ground floor unit but it’s not. You may want to correct that.

Property is very nice and well kept at first and then branches start falling from palms after a few days. Beds are very comfortable excluding pull out. Can’t even sit comfortably on the sofa thank goodness for the chairs. Location is superb. Enough chairs available for the beach and towels as well. Towels and wash clothes were at the quality of a 2-3 star motel or cheap linen service. Plenty of linens but not good quality. Soap and shampoos were also motel quality and size. It seems like little effort is put in on any possible extra convenience so don’t expect the nice amenities you get with90% of other Vrbo properties. Kitchen is bare essentials and that’s it. They clean out anything left by other guests especially items you bought that future guests could use ie: aluminum foil, salt and pepper, oil, coffee filters, zip lock bags, dish soap and countless others. We arrived on a Sunday and there was no one to help with our issue until monday. They have an on call agent but we never got a response until a day later. Our tv went out later in the week but was replaced the next day. Overall a nice place to stay and great location just not up to par on anything else we have come to expect from Vrbo properties.
