This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom stand-alone, two story home sleeps 10 with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and an extra bonus room with 4 twin beds. It features panoramic mountain views. There are 2 separate living areas, laundry and garage. Located in Silverthorne, offers access to lots of hiking trails, 2-minute walk to recreation center and just a short drive to nearby ski areas including - Keystone(8m), Arapahoe Basin (10m), Copper Mountain (11m). Loveland (11m), Breckenridge (15m) and Vail (31m).

The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and black appliances. Off to the side is a breakfast nook with beautiful views. The main dining area and kitchen seats up to 12. Just off the dining area is laundry room with access to a deck with a gas grill. Take in the gorgeous views and fresh mountain air while grilling out for the whole family. There is a full bath on this level near the entryway.

The master bedroom is on this main level and features a king-sized bed, a television and beautiful mountain views. The en suite bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower.
Also on the main level is the 2nd bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom that features 2 twin beds.

The lower level features another full living area. It's a great space to entertain and have a family night of fun. There's oversized seating around a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace.

Also on the lower level is a 4th bedroom that has a queen-sized bed and a bonus room that has 4 twin beds. This level has a full bathroom and a closet to hold your ski gear. This level has direct access to the 2-car garage.

Perfect for Families

We loved this property! With 6 adults and 4 kids under 4, this house had plenty of space for everyone. We appreciated being able to cook 2 meals a day at the house, taking walks down to the river, and the rec center pool had a pool for littles that was perfect for our toddlers! Everything was clean and we appreciated the added touches of kleenex in every room, kids books and toys, and fans to keep every bedroom cool. We will definitely be brining our families together again at this home!

Great House - Great Location

This house was one of the most well appointed VRBOs we've stayed in. There were plenty of tools, spices, etc in the kitchen. It's great to not have to go to the store to buy a bunch of spices when you're traveling. There were amenities in the bathroom. There were a couple bikes in the garage. We loved it. A perfect fit for our family of 5 but we could have slept 4 adults and 5 kids no problem.

Wonderful Family Christmas Enjoyed in this Beautiful Home!

The owners went above and beyond for our stay in their beautiful home during Christmas time! The owners set up a lovely Christmas tree and stocking hooks for us, which really made the trip even more special. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy cooking as a family for several meals. The home was perfectly laid out for a family trip. We had 3 children with us, so the downstairs living room came in very handy when the children wanted to play their own games and do their own thing. The house also had plenty of books and games. The house was absolutely beautiful and the views are gorgeous! The house is really close to everything we needed, including a grocery store, liquor stores, restaurants, ski resorts, and Nordic centers. There was even a really fun sledding hill that was only a few minutes walk from the house. The owners were great communicators and willing to answer any and all questions at any time. Our family would definitely come back and stay at this house again. We thank the owners with all of our hearts for making our first Christmas without our Dad so memorable and special. Thank you! Lovely house

Unfortunately I was unable to make it due to my kids being sick, but my parents still went and raved about how lovely this property was and how it’s the perfect spot for a family vacation. We hope to go back someday!
