Favorite Breck House~

Celebrated my husband's birthday with 3 total couples - it was the perfect house. Very clean, well appointed and spread out, wonderful amenties to feel at home. Love the seclusion of the property and the surrounding space and hot tub fabulous hiking/tubing just up the road, 10 minutes to downtown and skiing. We will definitely be back to this home!

Beautiful house and view

We had an amazing time! This place is absolutely beautiful. The hot tub is super nice and has a great view of Breckenridge. The large kitchen made it easy for us to cook meals as a group. The Bose sound system set a nice vibe, and definitely had plenty of room to spread out. I think we would all come back to this place again.

Beautiful Place

This place was just as beautiful as it said. The hot tub was perfect for after skiing. You definitely need a 4x4 if it's snowing! We were able to relax in the privacy of the landscape after skiing. It took about 10 minutes to get to main street because we had quite a few inches of snow. You won't regret staying here!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!

Our stay at this mountain home was 10/10. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Breckenridge and the town, making it super convenient while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The house itself was truly beautiful—rustic, well-built, and super homey. Everything was spotless and it had everything we needed. One of the absolute highlights was the epic hot tub—perched on an elevated part of the deck, it offered amazing views of the Breckenridge ridgeline. Was so essential after days of skiing. We had zero issues during our stay; and the host was great with communication and also very accommodating.We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and nice viear

The house is very nice with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The outside deck is very nice with a great view. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean and warm and inviting. The house itself is large and clean and comfortable. On checkout we couldn’t figure out where to take the garbage to as there was no outside bins at the house. Communication with the property owner was good and professional.

The Great Getaway!

We were looking for an awesome weekend away with friends and this place lived up to all expectations and more. Very clean, beautiful views of Breckinridge and a huge deck to hang out on. Close to hiking and biking trails and plenty of wildlife to see. We will be back and highly recommend to those searching for a nice place to stay.

We drove 9 hours and on the last hour outside of Breckenridge, we got a phone call that our cabin was cancelled due to plumbing (which is understandable) but we were then told we had no where to stay and no one could help us. We had to find our own place (which took 6 hours) and took away from our plans we had that night. So stressful when you book skiing and other non refundable things to find out you have no where to stay and have to make a decision to stay and hope you find a place or to drive 10 hours back home.

Gorgeous cabin a short drive from Breckinridge

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was beautiful and clean. My only advice would be if you are planning a winter stay to make sure you are very comfortable driving along cliff side roads- if it is snowing/icy the drive is pretty slow going and scary. Also, when we stayed there, there was a power outage for 3 hours- which I get happens. However, the houses back up generator failed- we called property managers back and forth over the 3 hour period and got different answers as to what to do. Meanwhile the house got cold and dark. There were no flashlights or candles in the house. We were told to wait and “hopefully you won’t have to leave and go to a hotel” Meanwhile it was snowing heavily, we had little kids with us and they said we could “go buy flashlights and candles and they would reimburse us.” Not really feasible in a snow storm a long icy drive away. For the price and remote location I was not impressed that they had no plan for a power outage with generator fail and no flashlights or candles on hand. Luckily power came on after 3 hours. Otherwise it was a great stay, lovely place.

It was almost perfect ...

The property is beautiful, the house was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen well-equipped. Challenges: 1) We would’ve loved drinking our coffee outside on the deck or enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night, however, the chairs were stored under the deck under a tarp; I requested help from the manager but did not receive a response. 2) The cooktop in the kitchen worked like a charm; however, we discovered that the oven was not cooking our food despite all of our attempts. 3) We spent about an hour cleaning out the 3” of carbon ash from the well-used grease-caked propane grill before we could cook our own supper. 4) My husband cleaned up piles of poop left on the deck.

Beautiful Breckenridge

Nicely appointed property. Beautiful setting. Felt like you were worlds away from the bustle of downtown Breckenridge. Lots of wildlife. Within Walking distance of hiking trails in open space. Cannot go wrong staying here! We will be return customers.

Great home!

We loved our stay here! The house is open and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen, so we were able to cook every night. It’s located on a county road, so you have lots of privacy and is right down the road from a lot of really great + scenic hiking trails! The deck and hot tub are also great and have a beautiful view — we’d love to come back in the summer to use these more! It’s also super close to downtown without being located in traffic and noise. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Breck!

We loved this home - the space was perfect for our group. We cooked most meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub with our morning coffee. The views are amazing, and you can walk to a trailhead near the house. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was construction nearby, there are a few homes being built or remodeled and one was right next to us. we got used to it, but sometimes our peaceful hangouts outdoors were disturbed by the sound of buzz saws.
