This casita is an upgraded vacation type rental with gorgeous views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Watch the sunrise in the morning as you drink your coffee on our expanded, tiled veranda. Follow the moon as it creates spectacular vistas at the end of a fun-filled day over the calm expanse of Green Valley. Find serenity in a glass of wine and a good book, welcome friends, or lose yourself in the sheer beauty of nature as the Santa Rita Mountains change colors at sunset. Covered assigned parking space in front of Casita.

The casita is right in the heart of Green Valley, you will be close to shopping and all the amenities, yet able to enjoy the calm and peace of a small town feel. The Kitt Observatory sits at the top of the Santa Rita's watching over the valley and like the astronomers you will be amazed at the clarity of the Milky Way right from your own back door.

Madiera Canyon is a short 30 minutes away and boasts as the home of numerous species of hummingbirds and many hiking trails. The flourishing art center of Tubac is minutes south, while swimming, biking, golf - the list is endless - lays at your fingertips.

The outdoor patio with majestic views were the best part of our stay. Peaceful quiet and safe community. Convenience of having a washer/dryer. The bed was on the softer side comfortable for me, not as much for my husband who needs a firm mattress. 3 recliners in living room. Perfect stay for the 2 of us visiting family close by. Linda and Richard are great hosts. The Casita is comfortable and welcoming. The Santa Rita Mountains are captivating. Fun trails in the Madera Canyon and the Saguaro National Forest are just minutes away. Sipping coffee and watching the hummingbirds was great fun. Their hospitality was outstanding.

I think there is a very warm comforting feeling as you enter the Casita. There are 3 skylights that make it bright and cozy.

What makes this property unique

In addition to the outside beautiful sun and moon rises, the antics of the hummingbirds, and the blooming of the desert landscaping, we have recently purchased a new mattress for the Queen size bed.
