Your private home away from home! Relax in your private hot tub and enjoy the serene and quiet desert landscape. If you're excited and want to experience one of the three golf courses, tennis, pickle ball and many more activities, book now! Rental rates are lower in the summer, but don't sweat it! There's plenty of cool air in this newer, well insulated home and there's also a mini split to cool the air in the garage for any hobbies you may have. There are plenty of swimming pools to choose from for swimming enthusiasts. If you're contemplating a move to Quail Creek or waiting for your new home to be built, stay here! This home is also perfect if you're visiting family and friends nearby. The Quail Creek Grill is always creative with their menu or you can barbecue on the outdoor gas grill. The home is well equipped for you.
Everything you might need to easily move in, just remember to bring your toothbrush!

We loved this house and community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The house was wonderful. Only thing I would change was the pillows on the master bedroom bed, they were so very soft, made my neck hurt. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and the bathroom had all the supplies you would need. The hot tub was a great way to spend the evenings looking at the stars. We loved it here and will be back.
