Charming house 2 minutes walk from the beach

This charming house with a very cosy decoration, close to the beaches, in the heart of a typical district of the Vieil on the island of Noirmoutier welcomes you with all the comforts.
Nicely decorated, ideally located in the centre of the Vieil, shops and 50 m from the beach.
You will have on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, TV lounge, WIFI, shower room, WC and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms:
master bedroom with 160 cm bed + TV
children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90cm + 1 bed 90cm
WC
An outdoor terrace with garden furniture and parasol

■ Linen, sheet kit, toiletry kit, bath mat and tea towels are not included in the rental price.
However it can be booked with the concierge and paid on arrival.
■ Cleaning is not included, it is the responsibility of the tenant.
In order to guarantee a proper cleaning, a "cleanliness guarantee" deposit check will be requested on arrival, in the amount of 210€
This will be returned to you on departure, when the house is returned in the state of cleanliness as stipulated in the listing present on site.
