Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

Great location

The location and views were great. The condo itself was nice. However there were a few things that were left out that should have been hidden or replaced; the table cloth was torn, broken picture in a closet, the patio door in master bedroom was inaccessible/broken, the bed skirts were ripped, one of the beds in the 2nd bedroom had a mattress that was smaller than the box spring, living room had an electric recliner that covered a hole in the wall and my kids sat in it and made another hole next to it. Terrible place for a chair and you can tell it’s been poorly patched numerous times.

Comfortable stay, few issues.

We enjoyed our trip. Started off bumpy. The condo wasn’t ready until about two hours after check-in and the 15 month old baby was really ready to be inside. The microwave didn’t work. Was told they would send someone to repaint it, no one ever showed up. Breaker wasn’t tripped and it was plugged in properly. We did enjoy the stay. They had some floats and beach toys. The condo was comfortable.

Roaches and water leaks

Couldn’t use the master bathroom because the ceiling was leaking above our toilet. Dishes and utensils were dirty. We ended up leaving a day early because MULTIPLE roaches started crawling out from under the couch and recliner. Dirty floors. Contacted the phoenix 5 manager and he has yet to compensate any portion of our stay. He also mentioned they had been notified days earlier of a roach infestation and exterminators has been contacted. Great. So glad my 10 month old was crawling around the entire time.

The place was exactly described. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property.We ran into a routine issue with the clothes dryer that was promptly fixed the next morning by maintanance.
