2-bedroom house 25 minutes from the ocean
The cottage offers you an ideal location to discover the Charente Maritime.
5 minutes from Surgères, its TGV station, shops and all amenities.
25-30 minutes from the beaches of Chatelaillon, Fouras, Aytré. You can also visit the different islands (Oléron, Ré and Aix), La Rochelle, the Arsenal of Rochefort, the emblematic Fort Boyard and the Poitevin marshes.
The 30m² accommodation consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a living room with a BZ bed (children or teenagers), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a large cupboard. A shower room with WC.
Garden furniture awaits you for lunch or dinner in an enclosed courtyard.
We live near the rental but everything is done to preserve your privacy as well as ours.

Petit gîte très propre et très calme bien pour une halte de quelques jours car manque d'un coin détente extérieur pour plus long séjour. Arrivée en autonomie, merci tout de même à Marie et Joseph de nous avoir reçu en Charente et de leur dispo par SMS.
