Welcome to our property on the heights of Rayol/Canadel

We offer you our large Villa with swimming pool, very pleasant to live in for holidays with family or friends offering different spaces allowing you to relax in complete peace and quiet.
It is located in a residential area, quiet and open with a view of the hill and the sea.

Villa with a surface area of ​​230 m² on its land of 5000 m².
3 terraces with garden furniture

A large living room with reading corner of 70 m², a kitchen of approximately 30 m²
Four bedrooms with air conditioning, including a Master upstairs with beautiful veranda and garden furniture.
Two shower rooms and a bathroom, two separate toilets,

A vast plot of land hosts a superb free-form swimming pool facing the sea,

Surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingsurfing in various places, notably on Almanarre beach in Hyères.
On Cavalière Bay you will have the pleasure of discovering all the water sports with also rental of kayak, paddle, jet ski, catamaran etc…
For cyclists, joggers and athletes, there is an incredible cycle path: the train route des pignes between Hyères and Cogolin. Mountain bikers will also find trails open depending on the weather.

What a fantastic stay! Fabulous house, great rooms and layout, all beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was amazing, with plenty of options to sit and enjoy the fabulous views in the sun or shade. Most of our time was spent by the pool, either in it or cooling off in the pool house - where we’d eat most evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we visit the area again this property with be the one we return to.

Maison fabuleuse, chambres et agencement parfaits, décorées avec goût et équipées de tout le nécessaire, et même plus. L'espace extérieur était incroyable, offrant de nombreuses possibilités pour profiter de la vue imprenable, au soleil ou à l'ombre. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps au bord de la piscine, soit à nager, soit à nous rafraîchir dans le pool house, où nous dînions presque tous les soirs. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour et, lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région, c'est cette maison que nous choisirons sans hésiter.

Beautiful house and extraordinary views

We are two families of four, from Sweden, with kids from 10-14 years old who stayed here for a week at the end of June. The house is beautifully located on a hill with views of a forest area. You really feel alone although there are some small houses hidden around the house.The outside area and pool is really great! Big plus for many different seating areas! And the views are quite magical!The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed many beautiful meals overlooking the greenery around. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and nicely decorated. Great air condition in all bedrooms!We got really quick answers and help from the house manager and owners when we needed anything.The house is located so you have a lot of beautiful beaches just 5-20minutes away with car. Sandy beaches with some great restaurants and rocky sides for nice snorkeling. Bigger supermarkets 15-20minutes away. Many nice markets, open during different days, to visit in the nearby villages. Bormes-les-Mimosas is amazing for strolling!We would love to go back one day!

Bonjour Madame , je tiens à vous remercier pour votre appréciation et nous sommes très heureux que vous ayez passé un très bon séjour dans notre villa . Je me permets de traduire votre texte en français : Nous sommes deux familles de quatre personnes, originaires de Suède, avec des enfants de 10 à 14 ans. Nous avons séjourné ici une semaine fin juin. La maison est magnifiquement située sur une colline avec vue sur une forêt. On s'y sent vraiment seul malgré la présence de petites maisons cachées. L'espace extérieur et la piscine sont vraiment superbes ! Un vrai plus : les nombreux coins salon ! Et la vue est tout simplement magique ! La cuisine était très bien équipée et nous avons dégusté de délicieux repas en admirant la verdure environnante. Les lits étaient confortables et tout semblait propre et joliment décoré. La climatisation était excellente dans toutes les chambres ! Nous avons reçu des réponses et une aide très rapides de la part du gérant et des propriétaires en cas de besoin. La maison est située à seulement 5 à 20 minutes en voiture de nombreuses plages magnifiques : des plages de sable avec d'excellents restaurants et des parois rocheuses idéales pour la plongée avec tuba. De grands supermarchés sont à 15-20 minutes. De nombreux marchés sympathiques, ouverts à des jours différents, sont à visiter dans les villages voisins. Bormes-les-Mimosas est un lieu idéal pour se promener ! Nous aimerions y retourner un jour !
