About this property

RENDEZVOUS is a Newly Renovated, 4 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Sunset Village, close to the coffee shop and Ocracoke’s best restaurants.

The left side of the home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and the two others share a hall bath.

A later addition to the right of the main space added a private and spacious suite with a king bed, bath and private living room area.

The large living area provides ample space for guests, featuring a smartTV (Netflix and Amazon prime included). Dining table for eight, and well stocked kitchen.

Both King bedrooms feature desks and office chairs with extra accessible outlets for guests who work from home.

Sheets and towels are provided - The linen fee is included in the cleaning fee.

No parties of any kind or guests exceeding the reservation. There is no tolerance for breaking this rule - we have neighbors who live in their homes full time with school-age children and are committed to being good neighbors.

Booking guest must be at least 30 years old.

Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet cleaning fee and signed pet agreement. Dogs must be on flea / tick prevention to prevent pest infestations. Max (2) pets per booking.

You will be sent check-in information the day before check-in, and check out instructions before leaving so you’ll know what to expect.

The perfect place to stay in Ocracoke

Rendezvous is a great place for families with children and or pets! Lots of space and wonderful details that made our week so easy! This was our second year at Rendezvous and hope we can come back again!!

Well designed, clean and easily accessible house.

Few houses of this size on Ocracoke that have just a few steps to enter. Very clean. Great location. Good for groups of 6+. Lauren was a great to communicate with. Recommended.

Ocracoke paradise

We have been coming to Ocracoke for many years but recently sold our condo there. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we were very pleased. We needed a pet friendly place for at least 4 adults and this place fit the bill. We loved the owners careful attention to detail like a well equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings and even a dog crate, blanket and dish. Lauren was very easy to communicate with. We’re already planning our next trip to this beautiful island and would absolutely stay here!
