It was very charming but pretty dirty/dusty

The pull out couch was broken. We ended up leaving at 2:00 am and sleeping in the car. Also the smoke alarm beeped ALL NIGHT. We even tried taking out the batteries but it still beeped. The broken couch was very disappointing.

Nice Lakeside Tiny Home

Great first experience of staying in a tiny home. Our GPS took us through the industrial park, and it didn't seem like a very nice area, but there are a couple of nice places to walk near the lake, one of which has a lot of water birds to see and eventually leads down to the water. Beautiful sunset and sunrise. Overall a great place. We didn't have time to take advantage of the water sport rentals, so we're not sure about those.

Parking lot

It's a cute little house but is not on the water, it is in a parking lot at a Marina.

Retired and now spend time sailing at our marina and helping our family run the marina, RV park and tiny home rentals on the lake.

Why they chose this property

Our family owns and operates the Lindon Marina located on the Northeast corner of Utah Lake. It is centrally located in the heart of Utah County (1.5 miles off freeway) with quick access to both universities, "silicone slopes" and Provo/Orem to Lehi area. Also within 30 minutes of major ski resorts and Salt Lake City. We have a thriving sailing community, a large 260 yard sand beach with all kinds of water rentals, and a shaded picnic area. The views of lake and surrounding mountains are spectacular. We created an RV park that includes tiny homes for rent inside the marina. Renting our tiny homes includes of course full access to marina.

What makes this property unique

Inside a full service marina. Boating, fishing, sailing, picnicking, playing on sand beach, hiking/biking trail running along the lake and spectacular views of lake and surrounding mountains.
