The house has four bedrooms: a master suite on the ground floor with its own dressing room, bathroom, and toilet, as well as three other bedrooms upstairs. The largest has a private bathroom with its own toilet; the other two share a bathroom with a toilet and have, respectively, a double bed and two single beds. Single beds (90cm). Both bedrooms open onto a mezzanine area converted into a playroom, which also includes a sofa bed. The house therefore offers a maximum capacity of 10 beds. On the ground floor, the common areas consist of a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a toilet. The layout of the house allows for complete separation of the two sleeping areas, both on the ground floor and upstairs, thus guaranteeing privacy and peace and quiet for the occupants. The entire house, bathed in light, faces south, allowing for ample enjoyment of the surrounding spaces. Outside, there is a very large terrace shaded by a magnificent oak tree. It allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet, the view in complete serenity, and the birdsong. You can have your meals in the shade of the oak tree that protects the house from the heat of the day and enjoy beautiful evenings under a starry sky free from light pollution, except for the illuminated Najac castle in the distance. The terrace extends into a walkway that leads to the heated swimming pool, sheltered from prying eyes in a setting of greenery and flowers. It is bordered by a wide beach, perfect for relaxing with its sun loungers and parasols. From the pool, a few steps lead to one of the house's lawns where you'll find a hammock, ping-pong table, and barbecue. This vast, enclosed 8,000 m² space overlooks the 3 hectares of adjoining woods that slope gently down to the valley floor, offering nature lovers a preserved environment. You'll have access to various indoor and outdoor games: board games, cards, DVDs, comics, books, pétanque balls, badminton equipment, balls, darts, skittles, etc. Benches and hammocks are scattered throughout the grounds, inviting you to... Relaxation. From the house, numerous walks and bike rides will allow you to discover the charm of the surrounding landscapes. While enjoying a location away from major roads, the house is only 5 minutes from Najac, one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its heritage and offering a true village life with all the desired amenities: bar, post office, bakery, not to mention its typical market. Najac also offers a variety of sporting activities: an adventure centre with treetop adventure courses, hiking, canoe trips on the Aveyron River, bike and mountain bike rentals, and a train station that connects it to Toulouse, among other destinations. In summer, there is also a weekly night market with regional producers offering typical dishes that can be enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere outdoors at the many tables set up in the village square. You will find various restaurants in the village of Najac, catering to a wide range of prices.
