Two fully equipped, independent family homes (summer and winter, fireplace or wood-burning stove) for 12 people on enclosed grounds. Enjoy their terraces and breathtaking sea views. A 10-minute walk from the town centre, the homes are the perfect base for strolling along the coastal path, going to the beach, and enjoying water sports and all the region's rich heritage: salt marshes, Pornic (thalassotherapy, casino), the museums of St. Nazaire and Nantes... The front house (sleeps 6) consists of a large living/dining room with a fireplace (wood provided), opening onto a terrace facing the sea. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are separate. At the rear of the house, you will find two bedrooms; the first has a 160x200 cm bed and a wardrobe. In the second room, there is a bunk bed (140x200cm and 90x200cm), plus a pull-out bed (90x200cm) with a wardrobe. The house behind (sleeps 6) will be fully renovated by the end of June 2025. Fully equipped (summer/winter), with a terrace overlooking the sea and a wood-burning stove. This house comprises: - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room; - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a mezzanine (stair gates) with two single beds (90cm). There is an adjoining shower room and two toilets; - a living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a dining area (open-plan kitchen) opening onto the large terrace. Please contact the concierge for arrival time (number provided upon booking confirmation). In July and August, arrivals and departures are on Fridays. A key box is available. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement with a €10 supplement per day. Any excessive electricity consumption will be reported and may result in charges. Rubbish bins must be put out on Monday evening, regardless of your day of departure. The house is located on the unpaved coastal path, which is only open to residents. At Camping Eléovic, turn around the war memorial, then, facing the sea, turn left at low speed onto the path. You can park your cars in the garden. For a more pleasant view, however, we advise you to park any additional cars 150 metres away next to the war memorial.
