Large Home with indoor pool Close to Casino, Lakes, and Mountains

The main house was built in 1888. Our family purchased the property in the 1990's and operated as an equestrian/boarding stable. In 1999 the boarding stables were closed and in 2007 we renovated the property to what we have today. An approximately 8,000 Squarefoot facility with the capacity to sleep 15 to 20 people. The house is wide open which is great to accommodate large groups with plenty of room to spare. There are two large TV rooms, a game room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, and a ton of board games. We also have a bunch of yard games including; corn hole, can jam, horse shoes, and bocce with more to come. We also have an indoor pool, exercise room, fire pit and walking trails. A beautiful home that pictures just don’t do justice for the vast space, amazing amenities, and kind caretakers here at this property. We felt very safe, comfortable, and always kept entertained by the copious games, pool, entertainment areas, and great kitchen for cooking for large families. We are hoping to come back later in the winter! Year round enjoyment with people who clearly care for this home. Thank you!

The Castle

We loved the place the minute we got there. It was even better than we thought it would be. The kids want to go back next year and so do we! The only problem some of us had was the comfort of the beds. The bunk beds and sofa beds were not comfortable at all. The queens were very nice.

Staying in Oxford for our son’s wedding. This property was amazing. Excellent location just 9 min from wedding venue and closer to welcome dinner. Loved that it is pet-friendly. Only wish we’d have had time to use the game room and pool!

Family retreat

It was a terrific stay. Plenty ofroom for the whole family. There was fifteen of us and we were comfortable. Pool and Gameroom were a plus, we spent the majority of our time in those places.Also has trail to a bridge and an old cemetery we enjoyed walking

What fun!!

Our family of 11 had just a wonderful time at this property meant to be enjoyed. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms, spaces galore to play, talk and eat. Pool, gym, game room, puzzle room. Highly recommend.

Fantastic rental, lots of fun and relaxation

After a long year, my family was looking forward to getting away. Along with two other families, we were thrilled to find a home with lots of space, games, an indoor heated pool, walking trails and nearby restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with and friendly. The week was just what everyone needed, lots of laughs and good bonding time. Absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and reconnecting with family and friends. Our family now refers to the house as the “Oxford Resort!”

Wanted to Stay longer, this place is a GEM!!!

This house is beyond amazing. There is so much to do and plenty of space for large families or groups. It's also very soundproof, so you don't bother others if they want to do something else. Brian, the property manager, is one of the kindest people I have ever met. This place is so unique, and they have truly thought of everything. It is so clean and comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. Also, there is a screened porch that isn't in the photos, which was one of our favorites! We can't wait to go back!

June family trip

We had a great stay despite the crappy weather. There is so much to do in the house! The indoor pool was amazing, the game room has a pool table, ping pong and darts. There is a room full of board games and a den for the teens to hang out and watch tv. The great room is so much more than what the pictures show! Lots of room on the couches and multiple tables for eating, crafting and games. There are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of linens and tables. The kitchen is well stocked and there are supermarkets and take out close by. We took advantage of the gym while we were there as well. The adults took turns checking out the casino and eating out at the brewery. I would love to stay at the house again

Lovely house especially for large groups…but had some issues

The house is lovely especially the indoor pool which was great for kids. However, biggest issue was that we were led to believe house accessible for someone with walker… with rear entrance access and bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor….There was a bedroom and bathroom but no shower or tub. Most rooms clean but bedroom and bathroom first floor not. Not well stocked paper items like toilet paper, paper towels, sponges. There were lots of dishes, and other cooking pots, pans, etc. Does mention a boat in amenities and there is none…but nowhere to use it close to house anyway. There is very little to do in the area but a lot to do in the house itself. Couldn’t use outdoors yard, games due to horrible mosquitoes…bitten alive. With that said, there were many games, puzzles, pool table, etc to use inside. Brian, one of the two hosts, was wonderful! He was very responsive to any issues we had and came immediately….plus an all around helpful person.

We're a group of guys in our 40s who needed a big place with many beds for a long weekend disc golf trip. The house absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool, game room and yard were amazing. The property manager/owner, Brian, was a gentleman of the first order. The value was exceptional. We'll certainly be back if they wil have us.

Everything was amazing until the refrigerator broke down. I lost about 400 in groceries. After realizing it I was able to use the spare fridge. Maintenance came up and thought he fixed it but it did not. Other than that it was great. Very accommodating for such a big family.

We had a group of 10 adults, mix of family and friends. The house handled our group quite comfortably, we enjoyed the pool and game room. The kitchen was well stocked, we did cook several meals there and spent a lot of time in the huge, open great room. The hosts were nearby and very easy to contact. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Easy checkin with keypad. Brian met us at the door to show us around. This house had everything we needed for a multigenerational vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 showers. Everyone loved the indoor pool. The older teens and adults made good use of the game room, and we worked out every day in the fitness room. There was no grill when we arrived, however Brian and Patrick brought one to us the second day. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, silverware and glasses of all shapes and sizes. Be sure to bring any extras foodwise, like seasoning, salt pepper.

Great property!

We had a wonderful visit to Maine- Patrick responded to my messages promptly. Brian met us to show us around the property, he was very thorough and kind. His wife Tammy we also had the pleasure of meeting after a stroll through the cemetery/ walking trails out back. She was amazing as well. Plenty of towels, home was clean and very spacious for large guests

Family Adventure

Every year for Christmas I purchase a family adventure. This year my sons wanted a place we could all just hang out! This place was perfect for all 13 of us! Even though it rained, we still had the pool, the game room and all the board games! I highly recommend this place!

Everything a large group needs!

The house was even better than expected! This house has everything you need for a large family or group. Plenty of places to sleep. Large spaces to accommodate everyone. The indoor pool was perfect and big enough for all the grandkids to play. The game room was next level! I didn’t hear any of the 10 grandkids say they were bored! So many games and puzzles to choose from. The living room area over looks the pool with a glass wall and you are surrounded by walls of windows. It snowed all day Saturday but it was never cold and everyone commented how beautiful it was and felt like we were in a snowglobe. The kids thought it was so cool to swim while it was snowing outside! All my sons loved the gym which had all they needed to get a great workout in. The perfect winter getaway and can’t wait to go back!

"Amazing Home" for a getaway!

Everything about this home was over the top! Its huge, its Immaculately clean, bedrooms are so comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, awesome gameroom, gym, lounge "areas", and the heated pool and outdoor areas was amazing. Plenty of space and activities for a large group

Had an amazing stay at this house. The indoor pool, large yard and closeness to the lake were all big draws for our group. Loved all the indoor space for meals and games. Will definitely be back!
