Wonderful Owner, Lovely Home

The inside of the Property was Gorgeous. Just as pictured. Accurately described . Communication with the owner was fantastic. There were a couple of small issues with the property that were handled immediately by the owner. Very Responsive and handled the hiccups immediately. The only reason for the neighborhood concern was our Uber driver told us not to stop by the Gas Station at the corner. It gets robbed all the time. All that being said I would happily stay here again.

Cute house-not great surroundings

This is a cute house on the inside in a not great neighborhood. The location was good for downtown Indy but not ideal neighborhood for sure. Before arriving I messaged the property manager with questions multiple times with no answers. On arriving I called to gain access to the property at which time I was told he did not have us down as a reservation. After sending him my reservation info we quickly gained access to a 90 degree home. We turned on the A/C and overnight it cooled to 78 degrees.....Throughout the next day the house climbed back to 90 at which point we turned off the non working A/C and opened the windows. The next day we tried switching back on the A/C which did not turn on. I messaged the manager who returned my call promptly and sent out a technician. The A/C unit was unable to be fixed during out stay so we spent another night with the windows open and uncomfortable surrounding. We did receive some refund for our troubles and the manager was easy to reach and deal with once we had arrived.
