Charming Bauloise house - 5 minutes from the beach

Our holiday home is ideally located, quiet and very close to the beach (5 minutes walk), the market (10 minutes) and the train station La Baule Escoublac (10min).

It can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms:
• On the ground floor:
- Living room and dining room
- kitchen refurbished in 2024, very well equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, many kitchen utensils
- Very sunny scullery overlooking the garden
- WC with washbasin

• On the 1st floor:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a desk (1 bed 160)
- a bedroom with double bed (1 bed 140)
- a bedroom with a single bed (1 bed of 90)
- a bathroom with toilet (hairdryer)

• On the 2nd floor:
- 1 master suite: 1 bedroom with double bed (1 bed 160), bathroom with bath and WC

House equipped with fibre (box, wifi) and television.
Available: baby equipment (foldable bed - travel cot type with mattress, step, potty), board games and beach games for children

• In an independent building in the garden, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
• A small garden behind the house allows you to enjoy the sun (deckchairs) and to have meals outside.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Caring people desired. Non-smoking.
In order to preserve the peace of the neighbourhood, parties are not allowed
Pets are not allowed.

Linen is not included but you have the possibility to rent it (flat rate 80 euros for 7 people with beds made on arrival)
Mandatory cleaning in addition 70 €.
